Stopped in for a couple of beers and a Philly cheese steak sandwich. Which was really good. The bartender was awesome.

I honestly never leave reviews, but my boyfriend and I came in after a day by the pool. Took 5-10 minutes to get our water and Pepsi, no big deal. Got there about 4:30. Ordered mozzarella triangles, pizza, and wings. Maybe 3 other groups of people there? 1 takeout order and one family of 4-5, maybe some other group on the other side of the bar.
Took the server a little longer than usual to come take our order. Again, no big deal we weren’t in any sort of rush. 20 minutes, no appetizer. 30 minutes no appetizer. Two bartenders behind the bar kept walking by asking if we’re okay, saying our food would be our shortly. Another 10 minutes. Same spiel. Our “food is coming out shortly.” Still no appetizer. 50+ minutes and we finally get our appetizer, with our food and are told “sorry they had a lot of food come out before ours” ??? There was 1 takeout order and 1 family of 5 and maybe at this point 2 groups of 2 men sitting at the bar.
They ask if we want a refill on our drinks. At this point we’ve been sitting there for an hour. My boyfriend gets a refill and I don’t. There’s no ice in his drink because again it’s been an hour since we’ve got drinks. They refill the Pepsi and add no more ice.
At this point we just wanted to go home. We had a piece of pizza each and a wing each and just packed it all up. We had to ask for a box multiple times.
As a server myself, if my customers were packing up their entire meal, I would at least ask if there were any problems. Instead we’re having to wait again for boxes and the check.
We genuinely were not in any hurry, but at a certain point, it’s negligent. A bar/restaurant should be able to handle less than 5 groups of people without having to make one party have to wait a substantial amount of time for a small amount of food and having the appetizers come out with food when we specified as appetizer.
The people who ordered after us had their food 30 minutes before us. They were also constantly coming up to the bar asking for things like napkins, boxes, etc I’m assuming due to lack of service.
I’ve been here multiple times before and have always told people it’s been good service and food but after today, I can’t do that. Sucks because the food is usually so good! I genuinely think I could’ve called my order in over the phone and got it before getting it in the restaurant.

I love this place. Just don't order pizza. Burgers, pork tenderloin, wings, pulled pork and shrimp tacos are awesome. Great atmosphere, good vibes, clientele of every age and background. Slot area is nice. Bartenders are always friendly.
Kid-friendliness: I don't recommend bringing kids, but if you do, leave a bigger tip for the clean up the server will surely need to do.

Very familiar and accomodating scenery. Every time I come in the staff are awesome, efficient, and considerate all around.
Parking: Over 14 different spots to park.
Kid-friendliness: I've seen families come through here, and the staff has been awesome with them and their kiddos.
Wheelchair accessibility: The incline from the outside to the inside is super accessible. Door spacing is great, and good space for mobility.
Reserved party room and they catered our food.It was all delicious.Staff was friendly and helped everything go smoothly.Great place to have a party they'll take care of you.Thank you for great service and a wonderful

Last night was my last visit to Dusty Boots. Went there to watch the game and have a few wings. Service was brutal. Eventually gave up waiting on drink refills. It wasn't busy. We were just being ignored I guess. It is the third time we have had the same treatment. The bar and food are above average, but you better have above average patience when frequenting Dusty Boots.
