We had such a great time, the food was delicious and our waitress was AWESOME. Aubrey was such a kindhearted person she was always making sure that we had everything we needed. Thank you Aubrey for being such a wonderful host. We will definitely come to visit again.

Savanah was a great server!! We came for lunch and it was amazing. Bryan the manager was engaging and funny, great management team Tom and Bryan! You get your moneies worth for the food!

The food was tasting great as usual! Our server Blake was also fantastic as he was very attentive and friendly to us. One of the managers also stopped by and made us feel welcomed. Our visit was enjoyable tonight!

I received a plastic advertisement in my mailbox congratulating me on my birthday.

I've never once in my entire life been to a famous daves, and I never give out my birthday or sign up for anything like that, so that means they bought my contact information as well as my personal information to get my birthday.

No respect for my personal information = 1 star review. I'll also be continuing to never visit a famous daves.

I get its super bowl day but I have waited OVER 60 min for my order. We ordered this online. Others waited longer and some had to walk out. Poor management. How do you not prepare ahead of time? Especially if it was ordered in advance. One person said he ordered three days ago. The only thing that I say was good was rhe young man at the cashier. Dealing with all our frustrations . Management never came out to say boo to us.

Edit: I had the manager come out. They lost the order even though the young man said there were only two orders ahead of me! Horrible experience

I placed an online pickup order twice this week for Famous Dave's delicious corn bread muffins. I do this regularly when I make special soups. Besides fabulous tasting food, their customer service is outstanding, no matter who comes to the counter. I even got $15 in free food from a "Happy Birthday" card that somehow arrived in my mail. What a great experience!
