Very fast and order was correct. Very good tasting too!

Everything was fresh and ready on time.

Though I have no complaints about the food, the sandwiches have always been great, I have a serious problem with a restaurant that sells you gift cards and then doesn't allow you to use them, I have found 3 other people that have had the same experience, my wife bought me one last October for my birthday, my son had received one from someone at work, and he told me two other people had the same problem, you get their card, but when you try to use it, their card scanner won't accept it, my son and I both ordered sandwiches at different times ,but when the cards didn't work we ended up paying cash, I won't do that again, when I called the number to check balance, the website told me the $25 balance and the day she bought the card, as far as atmosphere, it's pretty boring, there's just some tables along a wall, nothing special.

I came into Fire House Subs for the first time today! I had the absolute privilege of meeting Lorenzo and Q! I am writing this review because Lorenzo enthusiastically shared the story of how Fire House Subs came to be and I must say that shows that he cares very much about his company! I love to support others and I have to say you have a wonderful team here! My sandwich was FIRE 🔥 but don’t worry, we didn’t have to call the department, 😉 Thank you guys for a wonderful experience and if you haven’t been, it’s a MUST!!!!!!!! I had the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket! It came with a pickle on the side, and one of my favorite aspects is they have the Coca Cola Freestyle machine which lets you choose almost ANY beverage!!! Thanks guys! I got take out. The sandwich was kinda soggy but it was still good. The service was really fast and friendly. I love how the green peppers, cucumbers, and pickles are cut up in small pieces. You can get an extra pickle spear too! They are the best!

The guys here are amazing and worked great with my daughter to help her order.

Great food, friendly service, and fast service!! Even with 3-5 modifications, they always get my subs correct! I order through the app to build up reward points to use towards free subs, it's easy to add up points!

Such a rude person works here .He don’t even respect or do have any morals . Hair was there inside the sub stuffing.When it got noticed to the person in desk all he done was to be rude with us.Just worst really felt bad coming here.this place deserves only zero.

This is usually my go-to place for a steak and cheese. I don't know if they changed the meat or if it was just a bad day, but the taste and texture of the meat was so bad, ended up throwing a whole large sandwich away.

For months now they still don't have the gluten free rolls so sad guess it's back to jersey Mike's I know not there fault but frustrating

We entered the establishment at 12:59. The manager told us in order to use rewards we needed to place an online order. Online order was placed with a pickup time of 1:15. Here it is 1:35 and we just rcvd our order. After everyone after us has eaten and most have left.
