The Rockford Five Guys is always immaculately clean. Their staff is always extremely pleasant and hard working. The food is consistently wonderful. Nathaniel and the rest of the crew are absolutely top notch.

I had never been to a 5 guys before, but had heard a lot of good things from other people. I decided to try to out, and had a lovely experience. The building was clean, the food was good, and most importantly the customer service was AMAZING. I had such a pleasant experience with Nate, as he helped me feel welcome and comfortable in a new place. Safe to say I will definitely be coming here again!! :)

The food is okay but you really pay a lot for it now. The folks working there aren't polite at all and take away for the experience. At over $50 for two meals, I'm not really trying to be treated like I'm a problem or in the way of them chilling.

Came in Mother’s Day thinking everything was gking to be good as usual because let’s face it I’m a fat ass and loveee burgers and this is my usual spot. So I Brought the family in and order… first the lady taking our order was rude… like over the top next the burger wasn’t done. My kid was showing me hers and mine wasn’t either, whatever next the fries weren’t even cooked all the way.. like they were literally thrown in the fryer for a minute if that pulled out and seasoned. Me and my family threw over 3 quarts of the meal away. The only thing we took that day was our shakes and even those were beyond runny. Gotta be the worst experience I’ve had here so far. Told them. They did nothing and just looked at me so we just took it up with our credit card company. Over 50$ worth of food practically thrown out due to lackluster food preparation. The peanuts you serve from the box we’re the best part of the meal.

Just like the other reviews . I’m just gonna say that $99 for 5 combo meals is insane . 7 dollar up charge for each combo for 1 piece of bacon is crazy . lol I will not be coming back to this place. Burgers were made fresh but the quality of the meat is not there . Soon it will be 2 guys than 1 guy and than no guys . Bye bye
