We were out last weekend to celebrate my father in law's 86th birthday. The dining room is VERY dark, so took our eyes a while to accommodate and get him seated safely but we did. We each ordered the "Four for Forty" which includes your drink, salad choice, entree, and dessert all for $40 which is a pretty good deal. Our waiter was nice, professional. Our meals were delicious. Fun birthday celebration, delicious food and drinks . Our dessert was a real treat! Our server , Amelie ,was friendly, knowledgeable and kept a “good eye “ on us the entire night! Sweet gal!
6:00 Saturday and it was very busy between NCAA games and larger parties, but it wasn't just us as our waitress said it was unusual. Didn't bother us. The food was great and timely, our waitress Amelie was busy but very attentive, and the owner made time to welcome us at our table and thanked us for coming. He made us very welcome. More restaurants should read their playbook!! Since 5 stars is the max, I'll give Franchesco's a 10.
