Good pizza and sandwiches. Its nice to have a good pizza place back in New Milford. Much easier than driving into town. I also like that its in the old Binos location. Give em a try!!

Pizza was over cooked and lacked flavor. Mozzarella sticks were cold. I asked to return the product as I found it to not be edible. Owner refused refund and said he could see from the video my pizza was fine. Do not recommend.

Servers obviously can't take down order right, maybe have them confirm your order before hanging up. Then not be any help towards correcting HER mistake. Was looking forward to trying the stuffed pizza but that won't be happening and won't be returning either due to your cashier's attitude and unwillingness to fix her own mistake.

My husband, our 3 toddlers & myself just stopped in for dinner. Not only were the pizza & breadsticks delicious- but our server was so so sweet!! She even put on a movie for the kids to watch. It was wonderful to have such a great time eating out. The kids said “that restaurant was so much fun!!” Thank you for being so accommodating!!

Very nice woman took my phone order and the owner delivered my food to front office of hotel. If I am back in Rockford, IL I will get pizza too. Italian beef sandwhich will fill you up. Thank you Frankies

Had a gathering there tonite with about 20-25 friends for a Celebration of Life. We used the room off to the side of the main dining area.
We did a pizza “buffet” and salad to keep it simple. Valerie and her staff treated us well. They were very attentive and personable.
Everyone enjoyed it so much that we decided to do this again the next time we get together, which unfortunately isn’t often enough.
Definitely recommend Frankie’s Pizzeria!

Stopped in because we were craving pizza. There were 2 customers there. That's all. Waited 16 minutes for someone to take our order. Never happened. We walked out.

It was delivered and made its own atmosphere!Excellent food Great customer service and delivery was great food was still piping hot. Being truck drivers me and my husband travel a lot but rarely do we find a real restaurant that is a Gem your sauce(graveyard) is excellent I just want to say thank you for the experience

What a gem!!!! Fresh off the plane and starving this is the closest. We unfortunately didn't know the rules that they were only open for the gaming machines. But we played some games and waited for the pizza and it was worth the wait!
