Some friends recommended we try Frankie’s Pizzeria. We went with a group of 8 on a Friday night and dined in. The atmosphere was chill it seemed that most people picked up their orders rather than dining in. So we had the dining area to ourselves. The server was nice and attentive. The pizza was actually really good. I don’t normally like pizza sauce that is on the sweeter side but Frankie’s pizza just melded together. I will definitely return. Only downside is that one of the orders came out incorrect and they had to remake the whole pizza. It took a while for my friends to get their pizza and I don’t think they were comped for the mistake or the wait.

BEST PIZZA EVER!!! We remember when it was Bino’s, but Frankie’s has blown them out of the water. They are VERY generous with the toppings, and they have excellent pizza sauce. (If we could just get you to open a location in SW Missouri, where we live!)We will definitely be back when we return to Rockford next time.

Pizza was over cooked and lacked flavor. Mozzarella sticks were cold. I asked to return the product as I found it to not be edible. Owner refused refund and said he could see from the video my pizza was fine. Do not recommend.

Servers obviously can't take down order right, maybe have them confirm your order before hanging up. Then not be any help towards correcting HER mistake. Was looking forward to trying the stuffed pizza but that won't be happening and won't be returning either due to your cashier's attitude and unwillingness to fix her own mistake.

My husband, our 3 toddlers & myself just stopped in for dinner. Not only were the pizza & breadsticks delicious- but our server was so so sweet!! She even put on a movie for the kids to watch. It was wonderful to have such a great time eating out. The kids said “that restaurant was so much fun!!” Thank you for being so accommodating!!
