3.5/5Been here about five times, no issues with service except today and I always review when something is not right. Removing some stars because of a fussy attitude with a young gentleman. After waiting 20 minutes for food, we were greeted to multiple bell rings to indicate food was ready for pick up. Some places bring you the food you know. I would advise calling ahead. In any event, I am not a trained monkey, there is no need for this. If you are not ready for prime-time customer...

First time at the Rockford City Market, and was pleasantly surprised to come across this place. The falafel was so fresh and delicious. The employee was kind, and service was fantastic.Love finding hidden gems with vegan options!

Had a burger and grape leaves here. it was DELICIOUS. They did seem a little unorganized though. And then I went back a couple days later. google said they closed at 3, but it was 12:30 and they were closed? Weird. Otherwise good good food
