The drive-thru is why I came here the first time, but the the food is consistently well cooked and packaged. Overall would recommend this Happy Wok over the others in the Rockford area.

Do not go to this Happy Wok. Drive thru employee was extremely rude. While I was waiting in the drive thru, she was at the window. I attempted on 2 occasions to get her attention, and she didn't acknowledge me. So I honked the horn. She yelled at me that she was counting money. All she had to say was "just a minute", and I would've realized that she was not available. The kitchen also appeared dirty.

I had an incredibly disappointing and disheartening experience at this particular restaurant. As soon as I stepped through the door, I was met with incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful staff. Despite my efforts to address the issue with my order, their behavior did not change, the food I ordered was nothing short of a disaster. It was undercooked and lacked even a hint of flavor. I would strongly urge anyone to steer clear of this establishment at all costs.
The ghetto trash with messed up hair and dirty jeans doesn't have any common sense. I gave her my number in the drive thru for my order and when I get to the window she's complaining that I didn't tell her it's a pickup. Why would I give her my number in the drive through if I'm not there to pick up my food. Get some help and stay off the drugs
