Not real Chinese food. Taste like boiled rice and boiled meat that was possibly frozen and the rice is dry two pieces are still stuck to the top of my mouth or it could be meat. 😂

I used to love this place. VERY SLOW service. Not by any fault of the cooks. They are wonderful, the food is wonderful. But the lady who works up front needs another person to help take other orders. I think they just need more help. When I walked in it smelt like a week old garbage bag. I couldn’t even fully enjoy my food because of the persistent smell.

The girl who answers the phone here is very rude. I’m surprised she still has a job working there. I called them to check on my order since it had been over 30-45mins(time frame given to me when I placed order). Girl gets an attitude with me and tells me if my card had been working initially, that I would I would’ve got my order quicker. Also, that my order was transferred to them from another Happy Wok location.(This was mentioned AFTER I had called twice to check on my order)First off, I don’t know who she thought she was talking to but umm…girl whoever you are please don’t get it twisted, why you trying to talk tough to customers on the phone 🤔🤡 Just cuz you don’t like your job..well, that sounds like a personal problem. Happy Wok y’all need to find a new phone person and throw the current one in the trash 🗑️ OAN: My bank blocked my card cuz they thought there was suspicious activity going on with my card! Everything was cool after I called them!

Best customer service.. Girls are always phenomenal. Always welcoming at the drive thru. My food is always on point & when I ask for extra items they always run back to get it. Chicken egg rolls are the best with Shrimp Fry rice .

These people get a 0 from me, they were very rude got my order wrong, agured with me about my order and also lied about putting a manager on the phone, I actually had to have them come back to pick the messed up order up and give me my money back and I will never in my life order from this place again, I'm new to Rockford and know nothing about here and already regretting moving here and not to mention I woke my baby up to eat jus to find that my order was wrong and I never even got an apology THIS PLACE SUCKS
