This place is a lost gem! The owners are hard-working people. Every time I come in the people are friendly and the place is clean. They hosted a car show a couple of years back and I loved buying a drink and hot dog and walking through the cars. Hopefully, they do more stuff like that in the coming years.
I truly believe the cook was doing his best with what he had. However, what he had wasn't good. Pretty sure the oil he cooked in was old. The fish wasn't bad but it wasn't cooked in good oil. It gave me horrible reflux and it didn't stay down.The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. It's an old dive bar so if that's your style this is your place.
My husband and I decided to try their breakfast on a Saturday morning... I wasn't sure what to expect but my skillet was delicious! Everything was very fresh and cooked perfectly! Our server/bartender, Heather was awesome!
