wish i could do negative stars! never come here they are a small business but NEVER tip where ever they go, they came to my place of work on the owners bday we gave the entire party 2 rounds of shots on the house bc they were a great party to serve, and their tab was well over 150 at this point and by time they left i genuinely thought they had a great time but they didnt leave a tip on at tab over 210 and i even thought maybe it was me which btw it was not. lmao. but i have friends at bar across the town and apparently they are known for not tipping. how are you a small owned business and not tipping. crazy. also didnt you steal the recipes from velvet robot coffee lab??? crazy. dont come here they suck also dont u cheat on ur pregnant gf??? crazy.

I tried their new location inside of Rock Valley College, and it was very disappointing. The atmosphere is nice, but I waited almost an hour for my order (they were very busy) before having to ask what was going on. I was asked what I ordered by the person who had just taken my order. I paid almost $13 for a 16oz chunky iced matcha that just tasted like milk and a plain bagel with cream cheese. I attempted to contact them for a small catering order recently and could not get a response from anyone via phone, email, or Facebook for over a month. Service and quality definitely leave something to be desired. Would love to support this local business if they make improvements in the future.
