I ordered a jerk, Philly chicken with no peppers and add onions. I got the jerk Philly with peppers and no onions and I was told I thought that you ask for pepper no onions Didn’t even eat it. I hate bell peppers worked in a restaurant industry for years you just apologizing and remake it.

This place absolutely does not disappoint, we don't make it Rockford often but when we do we go to the mall just for this place. My favorite is the loaded chicken fries and they're always perfect and with a great amount of chicken!! I wouldn't have any money left if I lived in Rockford I'd be here everyday lol

I got the best jerk chicken fries of my LIFE here. The wonderful person that took my order was kind and helpful when I asked about spice level since it's either mild or spicy. She helped me decide which one to get. I will say I have a higer spice tolerance compared to others in my demographics (lol) so beware if you're worried about spice. Mild was PACKED with flavor and had a gentle kick, the Parmesan and house made ranch dressing on top really sealed it all in for me. I'll definitely go back when I visit the mall.

Picked up 2 “Taste of Jamaica” meals and an egg roll to go from the mall. Got home and discovered we had been given no plantains. Sent a Facebook message to let them know. Message was read within 30 minutes of sending. No response from the business but plenty of time to make Facebook posts. Refunded by UberEats. Sad.

I went to their Jammin jerk Grill place at 5723 N 2nd street in Loves park, and the server, Kenzie was SO amazing!! My experience here made my year (and made me cry happy tears lol). I was trying to order the jerk chicken philly, but my card declined, I didn't understand why so I went n called my mom to see how much was on there (she let me use her card). And it turns out I didn't have enough for the philly, but possibly for the jerk chicken fries! So I went back and tried again! She was very patient with me as I was attempting to pay for it, I pulled out all the money I had on me and paid. But before I could get the remainder price I owed, she said, out of the kindness of her heart, that she's got it and immediately payed for the rest of my order!!💗 I hope Kenzie knows how much this action meant to me, my month hasn't been good but this moment restored my faith!:)💗 Thank you sm Kenzie!! I hope ur day/week/month/year/decades is literally so awesome n u win a million bucks😛🫶🏽

The food is really good. It's just disappointing that the service doesn't share the same quality. The service isn't bad, it's just very slow. I don't mind the time it takes to get my food, but the time it takes for them to notice they even have a customer can be frustrating. I hope they are able to figure this out. I love the food. I just want to be able to consistently be able to order it.
