DONT GO TO STATE ST LOCATION IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER CORRECT. Unfortunately we love their steak and cheese subs and we're usually on state St. But no matter how often you go and how detailed you are with your order at least 1 is ALWAYS WRONG. We even had one time ALL 4 WERE WRONG!!. I GO IN SAY, LAST TIME HERE YOU GOT SUB WRONG, CAN YOU MAKE SURE THIS TIME ITS RIGHT. I WATCH, SEE THEM THROW OUT A GIANT STEAK & CHEESE AND START AGAIN. (WHAT A HUGE WASTE OF $$ AND FOOD. I cant describe enough how much they screw up every order every time.
ALWAYS WATCH AS THEY MAKE YOURS AND TELL THEM IN EASY TO UNDERSTAND WORDS LIKE: TURKEY AND BREAD, NOTHING ELSE. NO MAYO NO CHEEZE NOTHING BUT TURKEY ANDBREAD. IGET IT WITH CHEEZE AND MAYO.

Jersey Mikes is always good. I only say this about Mike's and a certain "burrito" spot... literally. Never an issue. Never bad. Always on point. Anywhere from California to Massachusetts and everywhere in between. Love a hot sandwich... go to Jersey mikes.... love a cold sandwich.... go to JERSEY MIKE'S ✔✔✔

I ordered a sandwich for delivery, and to my shock, it was filled with hair—not just one strand, but multiple pieces. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. This level of carelessness is appalling, and it’s clear hygiene isn’t a priority. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I went to order only 2 sandwiches online and waited in the store for more than 20 minutes. There was a line when I arrived, the line ended and my sandwiches never came out, the line filled up again and I was waiting and so on once again.
When I was bothered by that action, the manager said THE PRIORITY IS TRAINED CUSTOMERS. For me, a stupid answer since people who order online pay for the order and are just as important as those people who are trained.

From the comments read above I realize that you are not even interested in improving your service to your online customers since they are not a priority for you.

I would really NEVER buy from you. Bad service, very bad and I do not recommend them.

They are not trained to handle online orders.

I was honestly impressed. It was my first time trying JM's. I did, however, knock a star off because there were lots of flies in the store. But the food was great, and the staff was awesome!

Absolutely appalled by the service I received today and will not be returning. This chain as failed me over and over but today was it. I came in at the end of lunch rush and had 6 different subs in front of me and they asked what I wanted on club sub. Mikes way no tomato, I did not receive bacon, onion, or mayo on my sub. I did not catch this mix up due to the numerous subs in front of me but I had to wait for a hot sub and opened mine up to double check when I found this error I brought it up and informed a young lady working who had K. A. M. I believe in her visor and she said they make it right in front of you and you should have said something then. I fought really hard to keep my mouth shut and she added the missing ingredients to my food. I absolutely love jersey mikes and would get it any chance I could get but sadly today was the last straw and I will not be returning. I hope the owner or manager sees this and can help inform KAM on how to be a good forward facing customer service individual as I had been for years growing up and would never speak to a customer like that. Rant over, good bye jersey mikes.

Had to wait in store for over 15 min for a mobile order placed 30 prior to arriving. Whats the point of placing an order if its quicker just to come in? Furthermore no one even acknowledged me or asked who i was picking up for. If your looking for quick hard pass at this location just go to machesney.
