5 sandwiches and 5 chips took an hour and half for delivery, what happened to freaky fast? I live 15 min away. Also they brought all plain chips ordered bbq and no cheese on two of the sandwiches which we ordered cheese.

This place has the worst customer service. I’ve been going to Jimmy John’s for years! They delivered the wrong drink and began to get rude with me stating that well you selected the drink. Do better! It’s the customers that make your establishment!!

I had a pick up order & BRAD was AMAZING! I hope management can congratulate him on his customer service skills.
The woman working was rude & impatient with my order, & Brad stepped in as I was trying to navigate a payment for my order. He was very timely & respectful with assisting me!
Hopefully you get him on the weekends, I WILL BE RETURNING!

This location is going downhill. It was reasonably fast when it opened, but in the last year many of my orders have taken upwards of 45+ minutes to be delivered. There are plenty of better local places I can go around here if I have that much time. And the increase in prices is not helping their case.

I placed an order on a Tuesday at 4:20pm, I waited a hour and my food never came so I called and the person on the phone said I can either get a refund or they can come back out.I decided to have them come back out because their only 5 minutes away from me.They never came and I never got an update.
Totally overrated fast food joint. Basically a generic bread sandwich for 12.00, the menu is totally confusing. The meat is paper thin. There's a reason why this was the 2nd time I've been to a Jimmy Johnson over the years.
Stick with subway, Quiznos etc...done for good this time

Scheduled a pickup through UberEats for my lunch break. Payment goes through, and the order confirmed. Drive there, come to find they canceled my order for no reason. Said I could order again, which would completely defeat the purpose of me getting a significant deal through the UberEats app, which is the only reason I went there in the first place. Ordering at the counter would've cost me more than double. I try to order again in the UberEats app, only to find they're all of a sudden not accepting orders for today, when I was perfectly able to an hour prior. Only option is to schedule one for tomorrow. Which I'm sure they'd of just canceled it again. Only thing that makes sense is they didn't want to honor the deal they have advertised in UberEats app. They refused to do anything about it. Completely ruined my 30 minute lunch break, which I now have no time to go anywhere else. You'll NEVER see me at another JJ's for their overpriced, mediocre sandwiches.

Downtown Rockford location❗️Today I Decided to go in for the order 1 Pepe! Employee working the front register was on her phone the entire time while taking my order! Scrolling on facebook. I asked for extra meyo she failed to do that! I as well Bagged my own food and to top it off she said they weren’t taking cash payments anymore!! (Both registers) Which tell me they were deciding count the register’s down early in order to close the store early most likely without management approval. I am in customer services my self and would never close a store early for my own benefit. Very disappointed in this Jimmy John’s

I wanted to share from a friend: Consumer and health alert ! Ready for my rant? DO NOT order a sandwich from the Jimmy John's on East State by Portillos and Sketchers! I never go to that store but was shopping near there so I thought I would pick up sandwiches on the way home. As I walked in two women were leaving with their order and there weren't any other customers in there. Employee A took my order and as I was paying, employee B said "Just so you know, it'll be like 7 minutes"....in a tone that I heard as she clearly didn't want me to wait. I said ok, then looked at her and she was wiping out a large sink type thing that the food is usually sitting in and the food was sitting on the counter. Apparently that needed to be done before she or the other employee could make two sandwiches. She had gloves on and for the next 7 minutes kept wiping it, throwing paper towels out, grabbing new paper towels and repeating. As soon as I saw what she was doing I had a feeling what was going to happen so I stayed at the counter and watched instead of sitting down. She finished her cleaning and reached right up and grabs a loaf of bread with those gloves on. I said," wait a minute!! I want to cancel my order"..she's said ok, doesn't even blink or seem surprised. I said, you didn't wash you hands or put clean gloves on when you were done cleaning....her response ..."It's only water"...I said,"You've been scrubbing that for 7 minutes and then immediately touched the food"...she REPEATED "'it's only water " and walked to the register to do my refund. "WOW! " Was my response ... she hands me the receipt and said" that'll probably take 3-4 days to drop off your card....so she seems pretty familiar with refunding peoples money. A huge part of my job is making sure people have a good experience. We take that seriously and quite frankly, we do a great job. (Huge thank you to my ortho peeps!❤️) And we thank them for coming to us and letting us care for them. And they're in the hospital! I rarely get a thank you from businesses after giving them a lot of money for my purchases. "Have a good one" isn't thanking someone for supporting their business. However, I want to give a shout out and thanks to the places I go that provide great customer service and say thanks every time: 1. My usual Jimmy Johns on 173 by Kohls. Always great service and when I went there today after the first experience, 3 people behind the counter put on clean gloves when I walked in and stood waiting to make my order which was done in under a minute and they thanked me. 2. Cashier Steve at 173 Target. Great customer service, great packer and always a thank you 3. Everyone at Roscoe Schnucks is helpful and says thank you 4. And of course Great Clips on Riverside and Mulford and Great Clips in Roscoe always greets and thanks you. Thanks for listening, and yes, I will be notifying Corporate Jimmy Johns and the health department.
Destiny was super rude and didn’t try to resolve my problem. Said she doesn’t care and she gets complaints all the time
