Freaky Fast doesn't exist anymore. Ordered on the app at 11:29am, currently 12:16pm and it doesn't show that its out for delivery. This is not the first time this location has been a massive disappointment. They have terrible parking, they are not easily accessible to get in and out of and it always feels like you're bothering the staff when you come in to order. I promise anywhere else is a better choice than this. So many more local restaurants that are not chains that are better than this disappointment slow poke hole.

I can't understand how you forget chips. Its a sandwich and chips. Literally 2 things. The sad part is is that they weren't even busy. I was the only car. So how you mess up that simple of an order is insane.

Placed an order online at 2:03pm and it says it was out for delivery at 2:18pm. It's now 3:00 and I still don't have my food. I thought this place was supposed to be Freaky Fast! This isn't even the first time this has happened, and every time I call they just tell me they are short drivers and I should be getting my food soon. Inexcusable!

I put my order in and every time I select no tomato there is extra tomato put on my sandwich. Please be mindful of people who have food allergies. Food isnt cheap to just have to throw it away...

I ordered a combo online. A toasted sandwich, chips, cookie, and a drink. It took 1 1/2 hours to get my food. The driver was friendly and apologetic but said he had forgot my drink. Asked if I wanted a refund or if I would like my drink still. I said I wanted my drink,the said he would be right back. That drink still hasn't showed up and that was 50 minutes ago. I live 5 minutes from the store. Normally this store is very good and polite but I had always went through the drive-thru. I will no longer be ordering a delivery. I am handicapped and didn't feel like fighting with getting into the car tonight. I guess next time I will just go through the hassle, it would be quicker and less trouble than delivery.

Mobile-ordered. Drive-through 20 minutes in line. Got to speaker and they greeted me with asking about another order. Messed up my order as they did not give me a regular sub with bread but lettuce wrapped sandwich. Not going to order from here again.
