I don’t know if this is the only JJ that has it now but they had toasted subs and let me tell you, it was a game changer! Elevated my hunters club, to another level. Best JJ I’ve been to in a while.

Ordered two sandwiches two drinks cookie and two bags of chips, only got one sandwich one drink and a cookie and a bag of chips. The lady was rude when I called to ask what happened and ask for my money back she hung up on me cause they were closing so order from here if you wasn’t missing food and horrible customer service!

Ordered online order was confirmed got there 902 pm with a automated drive speaker say there closed ok . So I called inside and staff was super unhelpful were more worried about keeping my food then helping me so I simply asked about refund since I was already charged and was told I should get one. Called next day talked a Oscar who said he was second in charge of managers and asked for refund and was told that all he could do was replace order I told him that was unacceptable and he could have cared a less. So I called a different store and be getting the district manager number and filling with corporate .alpine location for jimmy johns is a joke I've had bad service there multiple times and I'm done . Keeping my money and never got the order . Be careful and go t any jimmy johns but alpine it's very ghetto

Forgot my drink with tonight's order and the time before last, I didn't even get my meal. Whoever are your drivers, they need to fired. It's truly sad because I really like ordering sandwiches from this location because the quality is good, but again the delivery is a thumbs down.

Bunch of hairy hipsters working. Had instant diarrhea after eating here. Parking lot was a tornado or garbage blowing around.
1st time ordering from app, drive all the way there and their out of bread(Saturday afternoon) so I wait 45 mins then get all the way home and the order is wrong. Second time their out of tomatoes(4 hours till close), last time... ran out of lettuce, 3 hours till close. Find another location, I will

Clearly this location does not care. I'm lucky if my order is right yet alone made to specifics put through the app. I don't get the point of customizing when they don't READ. Employees always look under the influence and dont care. There are other places who will put more effort with service no need to waste time or money here.

Twice in 2 days they have messed up our orders. Yesterday they didn't give us the pickle we paid for. Today my sandwich was not made right according to how I asked to customize it on the app. The last 2 times we went to the store the staff looked under the influence of Marijuana and one time we could smell it rolling off the employee helping us. We ordered delivery this time and the driver looked absolutely angry that he had to deliver so close to closing time. This store used to be so pleasant and polite and now it's nothing like it used to be. We couldn't even call and ask for the issue to be made right because by the time we got our order the store was already closed. What used to be fast friendly service is now anything but. Very disappointed and frustrated that we can't even enjoy the good we ordered because stuff is not made right and other stuff is missing.
