First and only time we have been here. Won't be a second time. The failures started with the front of the house at the door. My wife and I came to the reception desk, and the 2 girls working there just stared at us blankly. There was no "hello" or "welcome to so and so" or "how can I help you." We had to ask for a place to sit, then had to ask how the setup went as far as if we could order Hibachi from the regular dinner side of the house or not.The miso soup was delivered... hair on the bowl.Sushi roll came, no soy sauce dipping bowls.Silverware had old food on it.Food was bland tasting.Trash floating in the fish pond right outside our window.Fruit flies were a constant nuisance.Waitstaff were inattentive, slow and nit well trained.I can't say it enough... this was not a good experience from start to finish.

Even though they watched us the whole time.The service was very slow. It took about 10 minutes to even see anyone to help get our drinks, and it was not busy whatsoever! My husband had dirty silverware, hair in his miso soup, and the salad was watery.The Upcharge for the fried rice wasn't worth it. It was flavorless. Should have stuck with the steamed rice! I couldn't find one good thing about the place and couldn't leave fast enough. Good luck experimenting with your dining experience!

I was there last night for dinner and disappointed is an understatement. The atmosphere was good our cook wasn’t as entertaining as the others we saw. The sauces was watered down and very disappointing ALL OF THEM, including the salad dressing. Our waiter was cool but I’ve had better food.

The JMK's staff displays a great care for customers, top notch showmanship while cooking in front of you and extra fresh and delicious food.I've been there twice in two days !I fully recommend and can wholeheartedly endorse this place if you are looking for a great dinner and quality time.You can also purchase some goodies at the entrance.Big thumbs up from a Frenchman on business trip !!I recommend you make a reservation if you wish to go for a grill dinner
I ordered a teppan scallop dinner. First of all the waitress was very rude. My meal is missing the sauces, salad and soup. For the amount that is charged there is no reason anything should be forgotten. By the way two other dinners were ordered and eaten in restaurant.

Don't get here often but it never disappoints! The food and service is amazing. We say in the cafe, didn't need the whole grill experience just the food! Sesame chicken with soup and salad and fried rice. So so so
What a great surprise! Went to this restaurant with low expectations and it was a wonderful surprise! It is not just food, it is the experience. Good food, great service and atmosphere. Prices also very good, we were in a group and the best choice was the dinner for 2 with upgraded option for fillet mignon. The salad and soup as starters also very good. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the city.
