Why can't people open on time. Went to try this place for the first time and I was told to come back after 12:30 because they are not ready to open yet. The sign on the door and online says 11am.

Finally got a chance to try Keebler Kitchen and was not disappointed! The staff were super friendly and welcoming when we got there. I was so eager to try the greens and yams and let me tell you i was not disappointed, even order an order of each to just take home . Had the rib tips and chicken and both were delicious. Strawberry shortcake was on point . Will definitely be back again even if it’s just for sides . ??

The food was absolutely disgusting. Yams were hard . I asked for dressing they give me cheesy clumpy mash potatoes . Mac and cheese looks like they use Kraft box mac and cheese and tried to put shredded cheese on top let’s start THERE!!! rib tips tasted like rubber and the pot roast was dry . im baffled on how this restaurant is even still in business y’all literally cannot cook at all and im not even playing or mad . i just wasted $32 on straight garbage .

Come on y’all!! I’m not here to bash, as I want to revisit again… but PLEASE BE WELCOMING to your customers! Small business is hard work, and sometimes you HAVE TO smile even on tough days. I walked in and the young man just sat there at the register, and didn’t mumble A WORD to me. Not welcoming AT ALL. I took-the-wheel and just started rambling off my selections, that’s when he ever said anything. I sat while waiting on my food, and again, the next customer had to experience the same thing. The third customer was left hanging without any “I’ll be right with you…” no greeting, the young man at the register disappeared in the back for a while, so that customer walked out and left.
Another young lady came out the kitchen/back… no hair net.
Meanwhile, the tables should’ve been cleaned, and straightened.
The decor could be more season/holiday related, but wasn’t really a big deal.
This could very well be a HIT but the customer service needs adjustment ASAP.
The food: delicious! The nachos are so good! The pot roast is delicious as well.
Again, with a little fine-tuning, this place could easily be a darn good thing.

The polish is my favorite. The staff was very kind. It felt very inviting. I loved being sble to sit down, relax eat my dinner all while watching tv.. Great job ladies and gentlemen.The food was excellent.

We will never come back here. It's hard to find a good place to eat in Rockford but we like to try new things. This was not it. The service was horrible walked in looking for menu the guy literally just points to the paper taped on the counter. Doesn't say nothing. We ordered food, girl that rang us out sitting there with a whole attitude. Should have left just based on customer service. Got our food....fries super soggy like don't think they could get any more soggy, chicken tenders I have no flavor, barely any breading to be honest it looked and taste like they just friend chicken breast stripa. No dips to dip the chicken in. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
