Sun. Aug. 13, 2023Stopped in after Church. Ordered the $20 Big Box. Arrived home, the Chicken was over cooked & dry, fries was stale. Was too tired after all day in Church to return the meal. Probably will not return.
They dont know how to count nuggets!! They dont give you the sauces you asked for!! They dont listen when you say extra gravy on your famous bowl!! They repeat it back and still dont get it right !!

Update: Chicken is hit and miss these days. Sometimes super fresh and juicy and of a nice size. Other times, little pieces and maybe dried out. You never know what you're gonna get! At least the people at the window generally are very friendly and nice.
