The people are really rude. They have bad customer service. They didn't give me all my orders wrong, and when I called to tell them, they never answered. I had to drive back to the place, and I told them they said that they didn't have a phone in there. And the lady was rude.

I ordered the 6 piece digital exclusive that was supposed to include 1 breast, 1 wing, 2 drums and 2 thighs. I got 4 drums and 2 wings. I called 11 times to speak to a manager and no one would answer the phone. This is the worst kfc in rockford.
The lady was nice that gave me my dry old food. Everytime I go there it's the same, hard biscuits and old chicken. I didn't feel like driving to 11th St KFC. This is the worst KFC I Rockford. Don't waste your money. They very consistent in having the worst food in all the local places. All My experiences at this place.

First I was missing half of my food and drinks that I ordered. Then I was told I would get my food by 8:06. They told my husband another 16 minutes but gave us food in less than 5 minutes and all our sides were cold and chicken not fresh and my husband heard a lady in the back say "these people need to learn to cook." Don't recommend going here for food they don't even know the circumstances and have rude comments. Lastly they had spilled pop on the floor when you first walk in we were so unhappy going into that restaurant.
