omg Rolanda was the best person I've ever met working a drive through. she was so nice, had such a great attitude, and was just overall awesome. even though it was busy and the speaker was broke she had a positive attitude and a smile on her face!!!

This is usually just a run of the mill KFC every time I've been here. Nothing special nothing fancy employees are nice enough but not overly polite the order is almost always correct and the food comes out in what seems like a reasonable amount of time.But y'all today that all changed I'm sitting in the drive thru waiting to order and I see a car exiting the drive thru and I'm thinking great someone got there food I'm gonna move up to the speaker soon...

Manager been really nice with the customer service and food been pretty fresh the wait not too bad plus we need to support the west KFC in Rockford to keep it in the area! Staff always friendly
