Bad location with terrible service. We ordered a 16 piece with 4 sides, 12 piece nuggets, and an extra side of sweet corn on the app. After 3 of the staff supposedly checked our order and confirmed it was all there... we got home and found we had only received 8 pieces of chicken, 8 of the 12 nuggets (which were the size of nickels), was missing the gravy from both sides of mashed potatoes, and the Mac and cheese looked like it was made 2 days prior and had been sitting under a heat lamp... The chicken didn't look appetizing but it tasted ok. Needless to say, only half of the intended people got chicken and we were highly dissatisfied with the whole experience. Worst KFC location EVER!!!
The place can either be a hit or miss. Today when I ordered the 8 pc tender meal, many of the pieces were nugget pieces and only about 2-3 big tenders. The fries were cold and stale. The only thing saving this meal were the biscuits. Worst 32 dollars ever spent on food.

Verbally harassed at this location. Enough to the point where I am personally writing the CEO of KFC after being refused a franchise phone number. The employees seemed to be under the influence and not consciously on this planet to begin with. Not correct in the steps they chose to resolve. Franchise or not. Enough complaints will get this store shut down and the employees above the franchise owner should personally do a thorough check without the knowledge of the employees to see what happens when they think they’re not being watched around the customers. They seem to forget people can record via screenshots, delivery timestamps, video evidence, etc. Worst altercation by far.Kid-friendliness: I’d never bring my child in to this location. The employees tend to harass customers when they are the ones in the wrong. The employees. Not something I want my child to be scared of because god forbid she’s hungry and has to be out in a negative situation that is borderline physical because she’s hungry.

Every Table was dirty. The food is crazy over priced for the quality.
This is literally the most disappointing fast food item I've ever received. I've had grosser tasting, but just... look. It's a minute peice of chicken, mayo and two pickles smacked in the driest of tortillas.
We got all the way home and discovered they didn't put my pot pie in the bag.

I came here tonight at the doordasher and never have I seen anybody move and hustle so fast as Davonte. I think he needs a raise. He literally runs!! Best customer service Ice seen in a minute.
Got a famous bowl at dinner time, the chicken was burnt and salty.

I was at the drive up for 15 minutes before anyone took my order. So I called them to ask if the speaker was working, I was told yea it work. But we doing a shift change. A shift change shouldn't result in me waiting 20 minutes to place an order. When they took my there was no Greeting nor an apology for the wait. The employees attitude was not pleasing!!
