I've never had food poisoning before it's something wrong with the meat because as soon as I eat it my stomach hurts really bad and right now I have diarrhea I haven't been able to sleep and have you guys smelled their food lately I'm guessing it's because I've been eating mostly fruit now and I just tried to go out and have something to eat in just caught food poisoning

This is a horrible establishment. They cheated me of my money they gave me 4 shrimps on my plate I ordered a teriyaki with shrimp I was cheated they are cheapppp

DONT ever eat food from here. A good amount of the times they will make the food good and not raw but, when my stepsister came here to order she got food poisoning for 2 weeks straight. She had to be rushed to then emergency room and she had to be there for 2 whole days.NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

I don't know why I read so many negative comments! Kobe's is a bang for your buck type place. You get so much food for ~$12. I've never had an issue with this place and the workers have always been kind to me. I read a few comments about them not being fluent in English- and that just shows some peoples entitlement. It's their job to serve you food- not have conversations with you! Great place with the yummiest chicken teriyaki!

So I have gone to Kobe’s for years in the mall I literally go to the mall just to get their food sometimes and my girlfriend and I had gone there today cause it’s been a long time since we have. I ordered the sesame chicken like I always have and when I got my plate I could already see it looked different the sauce and rice both looked different but I took a bite dispute my hesitation of it’s looks and it was disgusting the rice the chicken the sauce all was absolutely horrible. I had spent $25 on the meal and I felt it would be ok to trade it in for a different order and the cashier wanted me to repay for the new meal and argued with me but the cook had made it anyway and replace it and I was grateful and thanked him but just as I walk away he gets screamed at In Japanese. The food is terrible the customer service even worse so not go here. I am so disappointed in how this restaurant has become and I had to share this
