I love the ice cream its definitely something I look forward too. But I only have time to visit certain hours like 5 or 4 and they are always closed when I head over. There are no other problems with the service or anything. They just don't follow the hours.

Delicious ice cream, particularly their Rockford Pothole. Unfortunately they do not stick to their (already limited) hours. I drove across town only to have the door locked, and the guy inside cleaning windows at 5:55pm on a Friday.

There is a huge flashing sign that says "open" but a handwritten sign says "sorry we're closed".And there are lights on around the windows.If you are closed, why don't you turn off the big flashing "open" sign?
