I have ordered from this location several times and have had a good experience, the food is ready on time and when a custom order is as I requested it, the staff are friendly. I see a lot of mixed reviews on this location but I am very satisfied. This location is in a not so great part of town so I would advise daytime ordering, get in and out quick.

Terrible they messed up an order that was supposed to be 2 pizzas one pepperoni one sausage and both cut in squares they made i pizza that consisted of sausage and pepperoni and cut in triangles don't recommend going there they wouldn't even fix their mistake

Yesterday afternoon I ordered 2 pizzas and some wings and idk who made them but me and my kids got sick 🤢 I always ordered online and everything was ok until yesterday... Won't be ordering from this location no more 😤

I ordered a pizza, thatw as supposed to b half veggie and half pepperoni. This is what I found when I got home. Ho veggies at all on the pizza except and whole bunch of black olives and a few mushrooms. No onions and green peppers. They had me pat8ng extra for these and I didn't even get it.

The employee was very rude and the manager was disrespectful. I don't want to use that location ever again. This was the first time I have ever had such poor service ever 😢
Waited over 10 min just to place an order and I was told it was gonna be a 20 to 30 min wait for HOT N Ready and was told I couldn't order crazy bread let's just say I will not be getting food from there again very sad when the employees look like they didn't even want to be there

I arrived at the Rockton Rd location around 5:30 there was about a 10 minute wait until I was able to order once I ordered I was told a 6-10 minutes wait it was closer to an half an hour once getting my order he forgot my sauce and said he didn’t feel like walking to the back to get it opposed to making a seen I left. I’ve never experienced a loiterer wreaking of alcohol allowed to be in the store with customers. I usually only go to the Harlem location.
Food is good but don’t waste your time ordering the crazy stuffed crust, save the extra money and just get regular stuffed crust. This is the 4th time I haven’t gotten the Parmesan or whatever is supposed to be on it
