Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

Ordered a small cheese deep dish online for in store pick up at your Rockford IL location. Was charged 3 times. 17.83, 17.83 and 12.77. Called the store back and was told they would take care of it. Still waiting for my refund. Left a bad taste in my mouth by your lack of action. Hire better staff, love your pizza and have been a customer for over 50 years and this is my first bad experience,

Another new, well trained, person behind the counter; always very competent about the business.
This time the, gently well done, crust was absolutely wonderful.
Paid with rewards, what's not to like.

This seemed like it was a frozen pizza. I’m not convinced that it wasn’t frozen pizza. I just had the real deal from Chicago last week and it was phenomenal but this crap at Rockford was garbage. It was soggy the cheese was like Play-Doh and there was no phenomenal flavor. Please give me retribution for this.

Ordered a large pizza and garlic bread, came to $50 dollars. Initially we ordered for delivery but called back with a minute asking to switch to pickup so it would be quicker. Went to pick it up only to find out it was given to a door dasher already and it showed up at the house. Wrong pizza too. Too many other pizza places around to waste that much money here.

Pizza was good. Unique crust. A pizza I haven’t had before. I would buy it again. The sauce is a little chunkier than other pizza spots but when I started eating it I didn’t notice it.
