This place used to have good food, delivery or dine in. It's been awhile since we've eaten here and we decided to order delivery tonight. We ordered the General Tso's chicken extra spicy, chicken fried rice and some crab rangoons. It took an hour and fifteen minutes for delivery, which is excessive. The crab rangoons here used to be my favorite in town, hands down. This time they had hardly any filling (the best part!) in them at all. Our extra spicy General Tso's was literally sweet. It didn't have any hotness at all and it might as well have been orange chicken without the orange flavor. The chicken fried rice, which used to be excellent, had no flavor at all and was somehow greasy! I have no idea how they got fried rice to be greasy but it was terrible. Unfortunately, we will have to find another Chinese restaurant in Rockford because there is no way we are going to be eating here again.

have you ever had an experience at a restaurant that was so bad that you just had to say something? I've eaten at this restaurant several times and each time has always been very good except today. The hostess/server whined to me about all of her jobs, and hours that she works. (I don't care) She brought me my curried chicken, which turned out to be curried onions and bamboo shoots. And oh by the way, a couple of little pieces of chicken in there somewhere. Then as an afterthought she asked if I wanted some egg drop soup. It was okay. I ordered iced tea and it was like water. So I asked if I could just have water. They gave me water and then put iced tea on the bill still.. Even the fortune cookie was stale. They must have new owners or something. I wouldn't normally bash a place like this but this was ridiculous

This place has gone downhill. The restaurant itself is rundown and shabby. The food quality is spotty . If someone opens a decent Chinese place in this town they'd make a fortune

The place is poorly kept , broken seating , dirty tables, no uniform of any sort with workers who dont look like they keep themselves clean. I also found a hair in my food and it was not mine and did nothing about it.

I originally placed a once star review, due to a terribly bad experience where my card was charged but I never received any food. However, I gave this place another try and while they take a long time to deliver, their food is delicious and the price point is great. I have since ordered multiple times with no issues. If you need your food within the hour, this isn't the place to order delivery from. However, if you can wait - it's well worth it.

We ordered two orange chicken dinners, when we got come the chicken was very fatty and what wasn't fat was breading called to have an order remade and even offered to return the food we had and the lady said the boss would only offer us 10% off our next order, and wouldn't remake food. Horrible customer service.
Waited almost two hours for my food to be delivered and when it finally arrived, it was cold! The food was horrible anyway. The pepper steak had no flavor and the egg rolls were soggy. Crab Rangoon was all hard and stale and sweet and sour chicken was like eating dried up nuggets. Awful! I thought I'd try this place, but never again. Even if it had come hot, it was still not very good at all.

Ordered with delivery. Promised @ 45 minutes. It took nearly 2 hours. The egg roll was cold and soft... The Shrimp w/Lobster sauce was a soup with only 2 pieces of shrimp and a bunch of unidentifiable scallop / Fish looking flavorless chunks. Really terrible.

Please please take it from me!!! Do not and I mean do not order from here!!!!! It was two hours late, cold, and the chicken was so old that it was hard to chew. Ended up throwing it away!!! I won't order from this place ever again!!!! I have never had Chinese food I didn't like. I was so disappointed

We were long time customers but blech. The last couple times it's been not so great and delivered cold. That lady you've got delivering just does not get it. So again, cold, not so great, and even a crab Rangoon with no filling. Adios amigos.

I remember when this place was so good. Ordered teriyaki chicken and it was soggy and had a pink tint, delivery took an hour and a half. The driver was high as hell and wanted me to come outside in the pouring rain to get my food (absolutely not), if I wanted to walk outside I would of ordered for pick up. My boyfriends "spicy" general tso's was sweet. Shrimp tasted very fishy. Just look at the difference my chicken looks compared to what others looked like a year ago (back when it was good). . So disappointed in what (used to be) a good Chinese place.
