Very slow drive thru at 2 pm. 3 vehicles pulled over to wait and they brought us all the wrong orders. But food was hot and fresh. Friendly staff.

Horrible experience Employees were all standing around the manager with purple hair. Looked lost during the whole experience. Fry's were cold, waited in the drive-through line for 20 minutes. When I finally got my order. The drive through girl said she was sorry that the wait was so long. What is going on here? DEI is over.

DO NOT GO HERE BETWEEN HOURS OF 1PM AND 4AM! They will come up with every reason not to serve drive-through customers tonight the reason was they were only doing mobile order and doordash customers this place sucks they're overnight crew is only there to collect a paycheck not actually work to collect their paychecks I will not be going back there

The food here is always hot, and the staff is always friendly, best McDonald's in Murfreesboro.
I won't speak for the day shift because most of the time I go here in the morning or afternoon food and service is good but the night time crew is usually pretty terrible. They'll have you waiting forever at the speaker and will not serve you. Even when I have been able to order I've had to wait an absurd amount of time to get my food. There have been many times I've had to wait over half an hour after placing my order. At this point I'm driving to the Winnebago mcdonald's to get my food and its still less time consuming.

Why is there no heat in the bathroom? My pee probably froze while I was in there. I'm there everyday and it cold🥶

I waited in the drive through for 30 min for an old left out burger.... go to literally any other location if you want safe edible food. This location regularly has awful service after 12:00pm.
