I went to go order something and they said that I had to cancel my order because theyre only taking doordash?? But then when I ordered it from a different McDonald's that closes at the same time đ. Never ordering here again.

Literally need to fire whoever was in your store working tonight. They're getting paid to do absolutely nothing and hang up when I called to ask what the situation was and who the store manager was to contact. Not even answering the drive thru and multiple cars were lined up while he just stood inside the store. You are losing business hardcore.

I called tonight at 750 while there were employees in the store asking are they not taking any more orders the guy answers says he's the only one there then hangs up when we ask who the manager is and refuses to answer when we call back

I placed a mobile order at 9:30 and showed up at 9:50 to be told in the drive-through that they were closed. Not to mention they were extremely rude. Will not be returning.

Had a pickup order - placed and paid for - got to the drive thru, waited for almost 10 minutes without a single word and then they shut the lights off. Tried calling and they let it ring the first time, the next 4 times of calling they hung up on me. Great service đ

Garbage service. We literally had to call from the drive thru and were told there was one person servicing the entire restaurant at 11pm on a Friday night. Not on the staff if corporate canât grasp theyâre a restaurant who does insane business after 10pm.

If disappointment had a drive-thru, itâd look a lot like this McDonaldâs. My recent visit was a masterclass in mediocrity. The burger? Lukewarm and slapped together like a toddlerâs art project. The fries? Cold, soggy, and tasted like regret. Even the soda tasted like the carbonation had given up on life.
Customer service? Barely existent. The staff looked as tired as the ice cream machine (spoiler: it was broken).
Sure, itâs cheap, but so is the effort. If youâre craving disappointment served in a cardboard box, this is your spot. 1/5 stars, and thatâs being generous.

Good for nothing mc dusty ass place Its so sad they closed this McDonald's down which had a mobile attach to know this place can't never steam your fish fillets buns or any buns for that matter and they never have hi C or it's orange water like the workers drink Hi C all day long in you better say fresh fries not to mention they have personal drink's in the window (dread head girl) not to mention they don't use gloves not to mention they don't have hairnets I can goooo on forever but il just say the black man that has braid's n his noise pierced which is always at the windows is to good to be there I think and to top it off the night manager sucks this business need a tune up real bad like a first time car owner that only know how to drive when it's this bad..... fire in rehire đ
