There are a couple McDonald’s in the area but I think this is the worst food wise. Employees are ok, mostly friendly. But everytime I have gotten food from here I’ve been sick. I always get chicken. Last time I was there, there were two hairs in my sandwich. I would’ve said something but I was stopping on my way to work and didn’t have time. You’re better off and any of the other locations in Rockford.

Always out of things, such as, orange juice, bottled water, or apple slices. Who orders for this location? They must have problems with the app because window 1 causes the line to be backed up forever. Have the person pull around if it's going to take a long time to resolve. I saw someone pull out of line and honk. It was hilarious.

Today I went to order in the drive-through. And I order with the Mc Donald’s app. The cashier told me it was 3 dollars then she said 5 something then she wasn’t hable to explain the situation so she ask her manager to explain. Then I payed then the chaser gave me my money with an attitude And drop my Receipt with some change In the floor . So I said something to her bad service they got was beyond me

Vegetarian options: I don't believe there's any clearly marked vegetarian options, but as long as you're not vegan, there are generally employees that are willing to work with you to modify things so as to make it vegetarian for you. Vegan a little harder.

If you don't bother to lie to them about being allergic and just tell them you don't like it, you don't want it on there and then they won't put it on there. When you lie about your allergies, you make people with allergies have a much harder time. Don't lie. Be kind, and they won't mind.
Fun tip : If you have something like diverticulitis or Crohn's and you want to enjoy a Big Mac or quarter pounder any of the buns that have seeds on them, request that they use two bottom buns. Most the time they'll do it

It is sometimes a little further out of the way than directly in front of the door, but there typically is one. corporate tends to require it, and if you do not see it, it is clearly marked whether or not they have the accessibility look for the wheelchair sign for the differently abled and you will know whether or not they have one somewhere along the sidewalk going up to their door.

2:30am can't sleep,I'm hungry. A couple sausage McMuffins with egg sounds good. Drive a mile and a half only to be told they are not serving breakfast yet. I said forget it and drove off. I should have known better. Rediculess that I can't get a breakfast sandwich at 2:30am
