Common sense is not so common nowadays. Came at 9pm for a coffee instead of pulling me forward because it wasn’t enough coffee to fill the cup, she gives me the cup half full.I ask her to fill it she proceeded to try but tells me the coffee is almost gone. I say make more? She acts clueless & says I have glasses I can’t see if it’s filled or not the lady next to her is acting just as clueless(she looked new).Manager has to step in & make more coffee because these two are pretending to be airheads.The customers are what keeps a company bringing in $ I think some employees forget that. The guy who takes the cash is awesome all the time whether he is upfront or taking cash. Some people just shouldn’t be at the window??♀️Drive thru gets busy so it should be someone who goes above & behind & represents what the company stands for. Someone eager to be of service & understanding of the customers wants/needs

Ordered a Big Mac meal. And 2 teas. Simple right? No got home to Loves Park and no Big Mac that my 10 year old daughter was so waiting on. Called right away to inform them of their mistake. Was asked to come back ans I said I couldn't. Instead of taking my info they told me to hold on for over 30min enough time for me to drive back to put me on the list. But instead was told couldn't have Big Mac because my 10 year old took a bite so I gave it to the dog. Because she didn't like it. But was told that since no burger was in the box they wouldn't replace it. I didn't want another big Mac I wanted on the list of bad orders and made right. The manager was unprofessional and so was the crew. Very disappointing after many years of being a loyal customer. If that is your policy tell people beforehand if they come back bring the burger so they can throw it away like I did.

Even at 1 in the morning they got fresh sweet and unsweetened tea. The food is always fresh, even the fries are fresh and not over salted. The ladies that work here are sweet, honest and hard working. I would recommend this Mcdonalds to anyone who wants fresh quality food and friendly service.
