I only go to this restaurant from 6 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. when the service is good after that the service is terrible. The morning and lunch shift has great employees and the service is prompt. The food is Mc Donald's same same same. You know I generally hate Rockford and the lack of customer service even more so at fast food places. The gentleman with the locs who gave me my food was so polite and had great customer service. Food was fresh and hot also rare in Rockford . The woman who took my order was also great and got everything correct.
