Possibly the worst McDonald’s of all time. I never go to a McDonald’s with high expectations but Jesus H. Christ, the bar was SO LOW and they still managed to not meet it. someone punched the living hell out of my McChicken bun and totally missed putting the lettuce where it was supposed to be (it wasn’t even on the sandwich… it was off to the side). I’m sorry how in the hell do you fumble what’s right in front of you?! Wow this place is run by clowns

Great McDonald's for Rockford. Generally fast in drive-thru and accurate with orders. The food is as expected, coffee was hot a long with the French fries.
We have used the front lobby to meet with folks to have great conversations. Friendly and fast!

People are good, idk if it's policy because it seems to be every McDonald's at this point. But wth is up with y'all fry portions, this is consistent too not a one off, this is a large fry for almost 4$ and realistically its $0.25. Cents maybeeee for that small potato and you can't even fill up the container YOU giving out like someone complained about fries falling out.. And since when does less ice mean less of the drink itself? What is that? Count yall days man, one day a company is gonna take over your spot because you wanna keep upping prices, lower portion sizes, and can't even make a slight change to something and mess simple things up and still have the audacity as a company to charge what you do and go up regularly. Ya employees wages don't go up regularly, but ya corporate salary goes up.. again employees are cool, buildings fine, McDonald's sucks, see ya tomorrow tho

I went thru the drive thru today fpr a steak egg & cheese biscuit and bacon egg & cheese biscuit. Both biscuits were ROCK HARD on the bottom portion , couldn't even eat them . They need to watch the food quality , this is very poor and can't even be eaten . When you call to tell them , they hang up the phone . Horrible service and horribly quality .
Mc Donald's is unhealthy food, service is always terrible but I do like their coffee. Everything tastes good but is it good for you? NO! I get coffee that's it.

I go to this McDonald’s all the time a they suck each an every time …just waited 20 mins behind a guy with a full parking lot to take our orders an even when I gave my order the dumbass didn’t actually take it ….save yourself the hassle an go down the street oh an all the good reviews are clearly fake as hell

Orderd food through app just to get to store to be told only two people are working and they are only serving French Fries and drinks what a mess
Pick up Order was correct. The food was tasty.
The only complaint was that they put the whole order in bag, and the bag ripped as soon as I was handed the order.
