ABSOLUTE TRASH, if providing a bad customer service was a national sport they would be Olympic champions, the night shift always gives you an attitude when taking your order and never follow special instructions, I have allergies and I always have to check my food to make sure they followed special instructions, the Hispanic lady at nights always rolls her eyes at everybody, never coming back here, everyone always has an attitude, if you don’t wanna work just quit, that simple

Not too keen on McDonald's lately salty and cold freeze burgers or cold or they're out of something. It would be a miracle if you came across people that care about what they do especially when it comes to food play serving customers just not slapping a burger together. Any prices became outrageous. It used to be you can go get a burger for a dollar because it's pretty much all they're worth now you're paying almost $3 for a burger that's not even real it's just a quick fix that's it.

Ordered some chicken nuggets and got the worst tasting nuggets ive ever had. Tasted like they were days old.

I went through the drive thru on sunday 10/27/2024 around 7PM and the girl taking orders was extremely unprofessional and disgusting. I pulled up to try and order something and she literally said "What do you want?" I ignored her comment and said "May I get a burger.." the she interrupted me and said "Is that it???!" I automatically felt her disgusting attitude. She then asked again in an obnoxious way "I SAID IS THAT IT?!"
I instantly told her I did not like her attitude and she said "I don't care" That girl should be fired immediately and honestly re evaluate her life because the girl is MISERABLE and her attitude is sickening. IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB GO FIND ANOTHER ONE. ZERO STARS !!!!!

They close the lobby hours early on a regular basis and then have an attitude when you need to pick up door dash in the drive thru! The door says lobby open until 11pm and here I am in the insanely long drive thru line at 9:19 pm. The ineptitude is astounding

This McDonald's has some of the freshest food items in Rockford I haven't been yet where I had a cold order of fries, burgers, or anything that was supposed to be served hot and fresh. Even on their busiest days the line still moves quickly.

All they do is give you the run arounds about getting a job with all my experience i shouldnt have no problems gettjng a job here i know this entire store like that back of my hand its crazy

So called Manager wait maroon shirt approached me and said while pointing you have to place your order at the "Thing Behind You." (Big Computer Screen). I stated I would like to place order here as it's easier and faster. Rolling eyes with a smirk on maroon shirt face she walked awy while pointing to the a sign by register. Black female stepped up and said order there or you don't get served with major attitude and disrespect with mean intended remarks walking away and cursing much profanity. We. Walked out and will never support this or any of the Rockford area Soooo Called FAMILY- Bucciferro Family McDonald's ever again. Multiple customers upon leaving spoke outside and f the horrible ethics that was allowed with no repercussions etc.

These two need major write ups and dismiss from Franchise. No excuses...

Leadership Reflects All that works along side of a business or group and it seems that there is no Respect for this Business, Business Owner, Employment Position, Fellow Employee or ANY PAYING CUSTOMER.

What could any Representative State that could rectify any of these actions? Say, Sorry! I think not... Sorry, is admitting there is a problemed issue and is pretty much a shrug of one's shoulders and let it keep taking place but I listened to complainant but did nothing to employee.. so, this will only happen again to more customers and repeat.

I'm very sure this happened many times before.
