Got the 2 cheeseburger meal with extra onion-$10- guy at the window gives me a coke and says have a good day, I'm like i hot the meal... oh OK...I already new at that point everything was going to be wrong. Waited at the window for 7 mins Wren they come tell me pull ahead to spot 1 and wait.... waited there for 10 minutes. Get home and I have 2 cheeseburgers with a dry bun and ONLY ketchup. What was it waiting 15 minutes for? A crusty bun and ketchup... cool
Worst meal I have ever had. Not worth my time going back, ruined my lunch. And you guys pay what? Cant even get a simple order right. Ridiculous. Waste of $10 i should have just thrown the $$ out my window. So disappointed. And guess what? Everything was a I said on my receipt. Maybe you should look at the orders and make them right. Will not go to this location ever again.

This location should just close down. You have employees singing and dancing around while you have customers waiting in line over 20 minutes for food orders. It took me 15 minutes just to get a sausage Mc griddle with no egg and cheese on it. This location is an embarrassment and super unprofessional.

One of the worst experiences ive ever had in my life. I ordered ahead in the app, they cash out my order before I get there so not only is it not ready, but they tried to gaslight me into thinking that I had the wrong store. After I pulled up the receipt and showed multiple employees, my order was STILL given to me missing items. This crew are incompetent and seemingly couldn't handle the easiest of tasks and have essentially stolen from me. Never again will I return here and I genuinely hope that the people working the shift on 11/19 at roughly 5pm get better training, learn to read things more carefully, and for the love of god, get better at customer relations. Because this was just ridiculous.

I really think I was OVERCHARGED! The meal was around $7.89 w/cheese & a single sausage egg and cheese biscuit is $3.89
How does that total $16.09
I called but no Voicemail box is set up for the location on Riverside by Walmart!
I will keep calling because this cannot be right!

I am a regular at this location and today was my best visit yet
The red head girl at the window is a fresh of breathe air she took my order promptly was very friendly polite and sincere. Such a great experience she made my experience worth it will becoming back because of her . Glad to see they are getting great people

On October 39, I placed an order online. I arrived in line at 7:15pm. There were 3 cars ahead of me in both drive thru lines. Everything moved VERY slowly. The pay window was not staffed. It was 7:54 by the time I got my food. Their explanation was that the fries machine was broken and they were low on supplies. I would have left long before picking up my food, but it had already been paid for on the app. Employees should have notified everyone in line of the situation and given refunds to those with paid online orders. The sandwich was okay, but the fries had only half of them acceptable for eating and had to be thrown away. I would really like my money refunded for the inconvenience and the quality of my food. My order code was EC24.

I just left there after waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes only for them to tell me THAT SHAKE MACHINE IS DOWNNNNNN The worker asked me if I wanted another drink instead I said no and drove off because they wanted me to wait another 10 minutes just to get to the window to see about my refund than I called them and the white manager that was working was EXTREMELY RUDEEEEEE!!!!! And didn’t even wanna help so I called them back over 30 times !!!!! After getting hung up on and I can’t even ask for a refund because I ordered thru the app and they took the code so the app keeps saying I can’t cancel because they started to prepare it !!!!! They’re extremely rude and disrespectful
