They have pretty much removed all the customer interactions out of the equation, with the self service menu and check outs... Not a fan. McDonald's is not a normal stop like when I was growing up.

My orders are always missing something. Drive thru seems to be a mess. From one side not being tended to at the 2 lane drive thru, to order mix ups at the window. It has not been a great experience.

Holy christ McDonald's got expensive. Mcgriddle and a sausage burrito cost 10 bucks. They are NOWHERE NEAR good enough to justify that price. The burrito was barely even worth a dollar, which is what it used to cost. Now they want like 4 bucks. THEY COME PRE-COOKED AND PRE-WRAPPED FROM A FACTORY. insane to raise the price of something that you MICROWAVE by 400%.

Got a tall black coffee for 1.85 and even won a free biscuit sandwich using the monopoly peel and play. The lady brought it to my table, and was very friendly. Even offered to refill my cup if I needed it which really surprised me. I could see myself coming here to drink coffee and read a bit
When someone asks for no pickles it means no pickles. You don't load the sandwich up with 50 damn pickles. Your food is already overly priced cause workers want higher pay and can't even follow simple instructions.

This McDonaldâs is absolutely terrible. I just left there and got two sandwiches and two fries. Fries are old and sandwiches are cold and runner like. This is not the first time whatsoever but itâs close so we try it. Iâll travel for warm food. This place sucks.
