Very fast friendly service. I got fries, cheeseburger and coke. Drove home 60 minutes then got extremely sick. Threw up for 6 hours straight. I’m not saying it was mcDonalds food, but I’m fine today. Food poisoning?? Anyone else have that Tuesday 2/18 from Rockford?

Usually slow service BUT.....Recognition: I want to give out a special shoutout to TOPENGA who went above and beyond giving me great service while being apologetic. She went back and made me a new coffee(it tasted great!) and was kind enough to give me a voucher for next time. I have been on low sleep and energy, I ordered a coffee and I was given a crappy coffee with nothing that I had ordered all meanwhile with a screaming crying sick baby but TOPENGA always makes my day when she gives out exceptional service ! Thank you TOPENGA for your awesome service.(:

It has been a long time since I was inside of a McDs. The front of the place was very plain and stripped down. The yellow cages near the small counter space made it look very institutional. I asked about wifi. I was told the wifi is very weak, that even when corporate big wigs come in, they've had trouble with it. I was told if it didn't work, to go park outside of the Taco Bell across the street bc their signal is great. I decided to give it a try anyway bc I didn't want to work in my car while I ate. I went to sit in the back. The wifi connected, and I didn't have any trouble with it. But the place was FREEEZING. Me and the other 2 guests that were also eating while working/schoolwork all had winter coats on whole sitting there. They had a stocking cap and scarf, too. I sadly did not because I was going to be inside. I lasted maybe 15 minutes. Food got cold too fast, tossed half of it out. I was shivering and couldn't focus to get any work done anyway, so I packed up and left.

Very pleasant experience, although I am bumping it down a star because it took a little longer to get our food after ordering it. Came to this McDonalds on January 20th. Ordered food on the kiosk and ended up being smoothly done. After we got to our seating, it took 15 minutes to get out food. Normally takes 7-10. Got our food and it looked great, and overall a good experience. (And yes, it has a playplace that looks good!)

One hour wait no exaggeration !! Arrived at 3:15am for breakfast and received the food at 4:11am. Absolutely ridiculous. Outrageous. Over charged me and I had to pay twice!! They told me my order was cancelled when technology doesn’t lie and shows my order went through. Goofy employees. Don’t do their job and are scammers. I went there Sunday 12/29 in the am morning. Worst McDonald’s experience ever. Drive two miles to a different McDonald’s I promise it’s worthwhile. Would suggest nobody go there until their management makes a positive change and when their employees do better.

This McDonald's is ghetto and have ignorant acting employees here. For it being a main one here in this country cold town you would think they would have better acting workers. The order taker rushes you. The cash payment person closes the sliding door on your face because it's cold....duh. and then the window girl i said can I add a coke she said go back around! This is a joke.

Redefining ‘Fast Food!’ Ordered inside, asked for a refund after 16 minute wait. Lobby was full of others waiting also. I asked a worker who I had to get the attention of why the long wait? He said he had no control over that. Not sure why this McD’s is so slow. Lots of reviews state this. Would waste my time…..but they sure will.

Unfortunately this is one of the only McDonald’s on my daily route and they can’t ever seem to get anything right and food is always just warm never hot they really need to get it together.
