We went to this McDonald's as our plans to go other place didn't work, I ordered at the kiosk and my order was Bacon double meal, when I paid I didn't get a receipt as we were in a hurry I forgot when I got my meal I asked the girl for the receipt as I was not able to get it at the kiosk, the lady said yes I can get it for you, but she never did, the burger didn't came with Baconz when we were leaving I said I am going to ask her about the receipt, we waited and waited the girl kept ignoring us as wanting us to just leave, I kept waiting because I knew something was wrong with the order, finally she gives me the receipt and yes I ordered the bacon meal, I told her well you charged me for bacon but the burger didn't had bacon, so I asked her how much is the regular with no bacon she said round $3+ and the one with bacon was like $4.50 around that, so I told her well then you need it to refund the money you charged extra, she kept ignoring me, I asked another guy are you the manager? and he said no she is the manager, horrible customer service, my son said is just $1.50 and I said I understand but if they do this to every customer how much money they are keeping extra? And not giving the order as the customer wanted. Very horrible I think she ignored me because I am white, she won't do anything not even apologizing, I won't ever go there again the lady is a color lady.

I was told to park because they were waiting on fries. After ten minutes they bring out the food and the fries were cold. There was no nuggets with the daily double. And no chocolate milk with the kids meal.

I had a really disappointing experience. There was a hair in my milkshake, which was honestly pretty gross and unacceptable. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, they were incredibly rude and dismissive instead of trying to fix the situation. The staff also had poor attitudes and were not friendly or helpful at all. Overall, the customer service was very unprofessional, and I definitely expected much better.

Incompetent slow workers. Only 3 people in line and they take 10 minutes just to take our order. I asked for a separate check to make another order and they refused to start another check for me. Every fast food everywhere including other McDonald's establishments do this so I don't understand why they're so incapable.

All I wanted was a Coca-Cola. There was no line inside and the girl at the counter refused to take my order saying I had to go to a kiosk. She then turned her back and went to the counter playing with her phone while her co-worker worked her butt off at the drive-thru. I ordered from the kiosk and then went to the counter and had to pronounce all I ordered was a Coke may I please have the cup. The woman at the drive-thru got it for me and the woman at the counter continue to play with her phone. What's the point of having someone at the front counter if all they are going to do is play on their phone and refuse to help a customer?
So dont get me wrong the wait is long but it's the best McDonald's food. Fries were full, plenty of toppings on sandwiches, order done right... Crazy that it's a low bar but as long as you have more than 5 minutes to wait I would pass other McDonald's just to go here.

When you go to McDonalds after working late to order a cheeseburger no onion , you get a hamburger with onions , im not a genius but if i wanted no cheese woulda at least ordered a hamburger thanks Deasia for making my order tonight on 10/21/25 👏

Only thing I come here for is hash browns and Barqs..... 1.80 for a single hash brown is nuts and they stopped carrying Barqs!
UPDATE (Sept 24th 11am) 5-6 PEOPLE STANDING AROUND JUSS TALKING and they can't ring up and order. While they stand and do nothing, I need to ring up my order on a kiosk. Flat out refuse to ring my own shit!!!
