Worst McDonald's I have been to. The fries were cold when I received them. The nuggets were barely warm. I will not be returning to that location. This is the first bad location I have been at.

i walked in here to use the bathroom and there was RAW CHICKEN everywhere , truly disgusting environment Close it down(any reply to this is an admission of guilt and poor standards).

Services absolutely horrible this is the second time that I've spent 15 minutes out of my 30-minute lunch break standing in front of the counter waiting to be waited on to take my order ended up leaving both times because I ran out of time absolutely horrible service and then when you say something they get an attitude with you I wasn't the only one that walked out either there was a whole line behind me

They never give napkins anymore.They also cut you off while you are trying to place your order.

In this fast food store they are charging more than the other stores I went for a drink and they charged me 3 dollars I thought the boy was confused in price I asked him why so much he told me that no that that was the price I told him that in the other McDonald’s it was at $1.10 and he told me that the stores were different I told him again that it is a fast food chain that I went to Elgin a few days ago and that it cost the same because the store of the 11 was worth $1.10 and since you are selling me the same drink for 3 dollars you’re crazy he told me again all the tinadas are different log that why don’t I have to go back to the store of the 11 but this store is increasing the prices that the other stores be careful compare the prices I don’t stop at this store again
