What’s up with their matcha? It was literally white. I was expecting good quality matcha but they gave me a cup of milk with sugar. I only drank it cause I didn’t want to waste it made my stomach afterward.

We went through the drive thru while we were in town (this is my grandma's favorite place to get coffee) and it did not disappoint. Coffee was delicious, the service was fast, and the staff was super nice. Also, less expensive than Starbucks. Try their flavor of the day for lattes.
Anyone can sell you coffee and pastries. There are over 68 coffee and tea establishments in the Rockford area alone.
There are 11 coffee shops from one national brand and another 5 from a national chain that specialize in donuts.
So why do I go to Meg’s?
The people that sell me my coffee are the reason. I’m not alone in this thought. It’s like going to the fictitious local bar “Cheers” in the 80’s.
Everyone is treated the same. Welcomed, greeted cheerfully, and asked if they are having their usual.
How do they remember everyone’s “regular”?
I think it’s because they care.
One other thing brings me in…the coffee and menu items are incredible!

My husband and I love going to Megs Daily Grind for their lattes of the week! They always have such fun ideas and they're always SO good too! 😍 The staff are always so sweet when we go too, which is always a huge plus when finding a great coffee spot! I do wish they had more food options, but if you want a great pastry, they do have some great options for those! 🙂
