My girlfriend & I had a lovely late lunch at Mo's! The service felt more personal and attentive than one would expect from even a 5-star restaurant. The tacos were excellent, just the right kind of spicy & loaded with fresh ingredients and flavor! They also have a nice drinks menu. The atmosphere is cozy, and mixes a bit of vintage decor with modern Americana. A nice place to stop for a bite & a drink while strolling downtown. Thanks again, Mo!

A really unique spot downtown, we really enjoyed ourselves there. Great atmosphere, music and service. We both had the taco special that were made with Middle-Eastern spices- SO good!!
Really recommend checking it out.

Stopped in yesterday to show some love and support as him and his wife has always been good people to me even wayyy back when they ran their convenience store for years right by where their restaurant is now. I got the 3/$7 chicken tacos and they were so hot, fresh, flavorful and delicious. I love the vibes of the restaurant it’s very welcoming and warm, it definitely gives a good place to hang out with family and friends for good food and drinks (if that’s your thing) 🙂 Me and him had a good conversation while I chowed down and overall it was so nice to visit and see him after so many years, I wish nothing but success, growth and prosperity to him, his wife and their business 🤎 I will be coming back for breakfast as what their breakfast menu showed are some of my faves and I love breakfast food in general!

AMAZING!!! The food, the owner, all of it!! Not only was the food delicious, but so good for you! Fuel for your body. Just off the main drag in downtown Rockford. The town is putting lots of money in reviving the city. I really hope more people get to enjoy the amazing food and vibes that Mo has to offer. 10/10 will be going again.

Why isn't this place packed hourly? Great food, perfectly seasoned and the most unique creations ranging from international to local flavor profiles and the cooking method leaves every dish tender and perfectly cooked! So delicious

Our food was either horribly bland or overcooked. When we said something about the overcooked item (hard as a rock) it was taken away, not replaced, and we were charged for it.

The food is okay and the service is okay. If you don't like the smell of cigarette smoke then don't go here. But there is outside seatting also.

This place has the best coffee hands down.
Naan bread is to die for and this Pakistani breakfast is so delicious.
Our first time there! The chicken masala was the best masala I've ever had the pleasure to eat. The honey cinnamon coffee was also delicious! We will be back to enjoy breakfast in the future :)
It's a small cafe that serves incredible food. Had the omelet and it was one of the best I've ever had. Mo is doing good work here and I'll be back for lunch.
Nice people and vibe
Mo is awesome and has a great memory too. Anytime I'm in the area, it's a must to stop by here. Love the horchata latte and he has made me an off the menu dish before that was phenomenal and the Pakistanian breakfast was really good too. He is considerate when it comes to accommodating your dishes if it's too spicy he knows how to tone it down.
