Service was ok, she could have at least acted to be happy. No smile to be found- but she didn’t growl. . Atmosphere was sketchy at best. Wouldn’t bring anyone else there…nor will I go back. I ordered beef w/ cheese. There was very little beef and the cheese was like a cheese sauce. No thanks. I was really hoping it was going to be better than it was. :/ Waste of $10.

***Updsted Review....I'm definitely not going back. The burger was better than the first time I ordered, but the customer service is 100% worse! My friend cannot have nuts or seeds and asked if they had a bun without one. She was told they did on the kids meal. She asked if she could order a kids meal and was told no, she is an adult. With attitude dripping off the cashier. They flat out didn't care about her medical issues. My other friend was asked if she ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries. She asked if it had just ketchup. His reply was .."I don't know."...and he dropped it on the counter and walked away. Neither of them got the drinks they ordered. I don't care how good your food is, you don't have to treat your customers like that.*** Ordered the 7oz classic only, got the 1/4lb bacon and cheese and fries. Burger was ok, fries were warm at best and soggy. Might try again after they have been open awhile.

Soooo I had the jerk shrimp chicken and salmon rice bowl it was a 100/10 then I went back and had the tacos, the bbq chicken and I don’t like fries but the crinkle fries they serve are the best I’ve ever had. This month was my first time going in there out of all the time they’ve been located there and I must say I love the food they will always get my lil dollars!!!Vegetarian options: They have meals that don’t have meat for the veggie loversKid-friendliness: They have tables so you can sit and do homework or enjoy a meal with your family

Since November 2022, I've rented the office space next door for some reason. I have gone here religiously for lunch.I often have problems. The meal is salmon and jurk chicken, and it comes out to about $20. Does not drink , Anna " the owner " seen On the news recently speaking about Woman owned businesses. but often, when there's a problem with the food, she does not deal with it. She sends the lady who works to register today I made my order and was told it would be done 15 mins later 1 hr later the food wasn't done , and Anna wouldn't come to the front to speak to me Owner to Owner.So I requested a refund The front desk clerk went back and forth for exchanging messages between me and the owner until such time a refund could be given by this time the food was done and she was upset I no longer wanted the food.Now we know you have partners in this business, but if you want to be considered a business owner, you have to deal with your customer's problems head-on. You can not send your receptionist back and forth when a customer is asking a question that only a manager can authorize .DO BETTER!A response to the owners' reply: you know who you are dealing with, This month, we had a fraud charge on our card, so it required us to freeze our accounts. Which means for the 1st time since? We. Started our lease this month? We did not pay rent, which is why she highlighted on time and rent. So now the food wasn't hourly because I take my time getting next door when I order food when. I originally came in. You said that someone has thrown a fit in your lobby and made a mess which took your staff's time up. Yes, it is important to delegate and deal with situations as they come. But it is important that when a person is asking for a refund and you are. The only person in your business that can refund it don't keep sending your receptionist to the front when you hear the person asking for the owner, But thank you for letting me know that Adele has been sharing our information with you. I'll be sure to address this civily, You say I always complain that some of your policies don't make sense. You sell a 2 pizza puff meal for $7 that comes with a drink and a French fry. But your j*** salmon mill that comes out about $19 does not come with a drink. Make it make sense when most of your customers are homeless. People struggling or those across the street from the don't get paid enough to deal with what they do with and rockford. A little advice if you want to be the owner, be the owner if you want to be a strong woman, do that, but don't play the line we both. Know that you are? Only. A part? owner. Of the business, and you rent a space from the landlord who also owns fifty percent of your business.

Went in today for the first time and ordered the ground beef nachos & they were delicious! It was also a huge portion for the cost which was nice. Definitely want to go back and try other things on their menu!

Had my gyro messed up completely paid for the gyro meal got a dry gyro with just meat and bread entire lunch was ruined...came in today and told the cashier for her to offer no remorse but instead try to argue when I told her the other employees gave me my food and she couldn't comprendo and offer no compassion or nothing ??
