I visited this fast food restaurant for the first time last week, and it was such a pleasant surprise. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who directed me to the counter and took my order. The menu had a great selection, from burgers to wraps to salads, and I appreciate that they have a variety of healthier options for those who want something lighter. I went for their classic cheeseburger, and it did not disappoint. The beef patty was cooked perfectly, and the combination of fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and special sauce was amazing. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just the way I like them. I also tried one of their smoothies, and it was refreshing and delicious. The atmosphere inside was bright and clean, with plenty of seating, so it was easy to relax and enjoy my meal. I will definitely be returning for more visits

I would give zero stars if possible. Went in to Noodles on Saturday evening. We hadn't been there in awhile and was looking for some creamy mac and cheese. My husband got the mac n cheese w/bacon. I got the Mont Amore alfredo. First of all, let me tell you about the dining room. The soda machine was disgusting! I don't know when the last time it was cleaned. It had splatters of all colors behind the dispenser (this was the machine you can pick flavors and sodas on the screen.). I just got water but...Yuck! I went to sit at a table and it had not been cleaned. Dried food and sticky stuff on it. Went to the next one, not cleaned. Looked at the tables with the seated benches, 1 had dirty plates on it, the next one was just filthy. Finally found one that the table looked somewhat clean. As I was waiting on my husband, I noticed the backs of the benches were not clean. Dried sauce or food on them. sticky hand prints - which is really bad if I noticed them. The railing/wall between that seat and the aisle on the other side was dusty and gross! Looking at the wall by the bathroom, the tables with 2 chairs were dirty, the wall BELOW the table had dried food stuck to it. One of the legs of the table had either dried toilet paper or napkin under it, where they had mopped and just left the paper there and it dried. The last straw was when my husband brought back to-go boxes because the food was so al-dente' it couldn't be eaten, my husband tipped his bowl up and there was dried tomato sauce on the bottom of the bowl!! Disgusting. I rarely say a word, I just never go back to a place in this condition because it makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen if they leave the public dining area like that. I said heck no! I snatched that bowl and took it up to the man at the counter and he said he was one of the managers. I showed him the bottom of the bowl and said this is unacceptable, this place is filthy! He said the tomato sauce was from the counter where they were working. I said that is disgusting. This place has really gone down hill. I will not go back for sure. He said they had had a lot of sports teams in that day and that was the reason for the tables not being clean. I doubt that had very little to do with what I observed on the walls. Wish I would have taken photos.
