Despite experiencing some technical issues with the ordering systems, the manager handled the situation with remarkable professionalism, and the staff maintained their composure and efficiency.

Ordered take Out. Buffalo Mac and cheese, except it didn't come with Buffalo at all. But on top of that paying 1.25 for extra sauce to only get that as my sauce for the Buffalo Mac and cheese. getting the smallest container ,when yes I asked for a small but had a small and a regular size before and this was smaller than the small size I've gotten in the past? Ridiculous. Also ordered extra sauce for the Korean noodles didn't get that either. Posted pictures of the non Buffalo Mac and cheese and then after adding the "extra" sauce so you can see that there was nothing.

We were frequent customers but the last 3 times we ordered the Mac n cheese was basically soup and my daughter got food poisoning from it. So unfortunate she refused to eat there again.

Tiny tiny portions, a regular wont feed a grown man and it rang in at 15 dollars with a drink..plus at checkout they want a tip. IM NOT AGAINST TIPPING , when i am going to be served and my drinks regularly topped off ..they have embraced tje tacky tip that makes me feel like my regular size wouldve been smaller had i not
