Rice was very hard! Not cooked very well, I was trying to enjoy my bowl… but,I kept crunching very hard pieces of rice. The staff didn’t seem to care when brought to their attention.
Unfortunately no kids meals as well.

This place was the worst.It was noon. Lunchtime. The food was old,messy,and not cooked .Steak was under cooked and chewy. The employees were not happy at their job.The management needs work.I test many new places.I will make sure I tell all my friends not to try Pancheros.The food in the trays looked very bad.I took one bite and stopped eating.the Pepsi machine did not mix properly. I CAN GO ON BUT I THINK YOU GET MY THOUGHTS. I review fair.Not objective.

This place is similar to Chipotle. Do not go to Chipotle. I like that they make their tortilla shells in front of you and you can see them cook the meat and the veggies. I like that their steak isn't chewy and it always cooked well. Their prices are better than Chipotle too.

Tacos were definitely the worst tacos I've ever had and I am genuinely shocked that this place could be so awful. Couldn't eat the steak tacos because the meat was so chewy, salty and hard. Team was great but the food needs a dramatic improvement. I would definitely not go back to this place ever again.

This was my first time at Pancheros, it came highly recommended from friends. I thought it was just “good” - my burrito was better than the place we usually go, my wife’s was significantly worse. All of the cold ingredients were on one side of the burrito and it was wrapped “weird” she said.
We’ll likely give them another try when we’re back home.

I frequent Pancheros 12 to 20 times per year. By far the worst made bowls ever. Portion size was half. No veggies available. Rice was dry and weird texture. I hope just an off day. Thankfully my closer location in Fitchburg has not disappointed me.

We ordered delivery for staff lunch for six people. We ordered a variety of food including burritos and burrito bowl and a salad. Everyone said the food was excellent. The food was similar to Chipotle but tasted better and seemed fresher. We will order again.

Made a mobile order waited 5 mins and saw them put it in the pick up order window I got all the way home and my chips were stale and burrito sucked it was incredibly small like they didn't put anything I asked for in it!

Service was horrible staff acts as if they can't speak to u I'm tired of asking for extra steak in my bowl and literally never getting it! Your steak feels like I'm chewing rubber this place is gross and it sucks!

I got a steak burrito bowl and chips i come quite often with my mobile order THEY GAVE ME STALE CHIPS! I COULDNT EVEN BITE DOWN ON THEM! MY BOWL WAS HORRIBLE IT LITERALLY LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE ALREADY ATE OUT OF IT I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!

Never even got to try the food. But the employees treated each other awful. Felt terrible for the guy who seemed like he was being trained. Ended up leaving because I wasn’t going to sit there and watch the guy treat/talk to his coworker like that.

as a former EMPLOYEE PLS DO NOT EAT HERE ITS NOT SAFE OR SANITARY BUGS & Manager too lazy to get the air fixed and the drain to the sink the store floods every night leaving water stains everywhere and attracting nets , Bugs are flying all around especially in the back where the food is prepped RECENTLY JUST QUITE THE MANAGER IS RUDE & TALKS TO EVERYONE LIKE WERE HER SLAVES, there is so much favoritism & illegal stuff going on at this job i am so disappointed and as a former employee I jus thought I should show yall
