The quesabirria has hardly any cheese on it. Service was depressing. For the price go to the other guys or the sandwich place next door.

I tried to contact through the website but there isn’t a way to do it. This is the second time in 2 weeks I’ve been here and the new guy making burritos (shorter black guy) undercooks the burrito tortillas. It tastes like dough and isn’t good. Love this place but I’ll try once more until I go back to chipotle.

10/10. Everything I come here the people are super friendly and fast when making your food. Wonderful atmosphere created by the workers and portions are bigger than chipotles. Definitely more bang for your buck.

One thing I love when I'm pullin up to get food, takeout, is when the place I'm gettin food from is clean on the inside, especially where da food is bein prepared. I walked into da baffroom n knew da food was bouta be good. There was also 2 beautiful young ladies 🌹 takin n preparin orders n thats always a plus 💥😂

Clean, good quality, they mix the burritos (compared to so many other places who don’t). Always a must stop when we are passing through Rockford.

Food was pretty good about average with Chipotle smaller bowls means smaller portions however. Staff were super friendly and nice they have blue corn chips which are awesome. The flavor Volcano sauce is essentially a spicy Chipotle it is white good when mixed in to your food a little much on its own. 2 people with one drink was $25. When you go to get your food made there are more sauce choices than a Chipotle they do have bowls Is and wraps. They do have a tofu option too!

The guys preparing the food was good. The serving size is small for the prices. If they are trying to compete with Chipotle they have a ways to go.

Rice was very hard! Not cooked very well, I was trying to enjoy my bowl… but,I kept crunching very hard pieces of rice. The staff didn’t seem to care when brought to their attention.
Unfortunately no kids meals as well.

This place was the worst.It was noon. Lunchtime. The food was old,messy,and not cooked .Steak was under cooked and chewy. The employees were not happy at their job.The management needs work.I test many new places.I will make sure I tell all my friends not to try Pancheros.The food in the trays looked very bad.I took one bite and stopped eating.the Pepsi machine did not mix properly. I CAN GO ON BUT I THINK YOU GET MY THOUGHTS. I review fair.Not objective.

This place is similar to Chipotle. Do not go to Chipotle. I like that they make their tortilla shells in front of you and you can see them cook the meat and the veggies. I like that their steak isn't chewy and it always cooked well. Their prices are better than Chipotle too.

Tacos were definitely the worst tacos I've ever had and I am genuinely shocked that this place could be so awful. Couldn't eat the steak tacos because the meat was so chewy, salty and hard. Team was great but the food needs a dramatic improvement. I would definitely not go back to this place ever again.

I love their Burritos plus the steak is tender and you don't get the grissel fat like at Chipotle.
