CORPORATE CAUSED POOR SERVICE!!! Great food, sometimes skimpy on the entrees but we all know that's from management. Usually get amazing and speedy service. I'm there several times a month different times of day. But tonight I waited over 35 minutes because of the fried rice. Not employees fault. I can see corporate with their custom black uniforms repeatedly interrupt the employees from doing their job. Four other people in store had to wait with me. They weren't teaching or solving anything. Just measuring the counters & repeatedly getting in the way. Do that before opening. Not in rush hour. Thank you to the sweet gal that kept checking in with us.

Ordered two bigger plates in the app and picked up got home and two of my main entrees were missing off one bigger plate called because we just spent 30$ and were missing most of a meal and the girl on the phone said bring the receipt back and shed remake both the meals for us well my fiance went in to get the order and she manager or employee who is on the clock currently Wednesday oct 16th at 11:30 refused to fufull what her employee said they would do. Not a big deal i guess next tike il come back same day and make a big deal out of it because at the end of the day i paid 30$ to get one entree on my bigger plate

I definitely got disappointed with the food at the Panda Express in Rockford, the fried rice was dry and tasteless, the Black Pepper Sirloin Steak tasted weird and lacked seasoning, I wanted to give the place another chance but I definitely stayed with other Chinese food stores, I hope my comment like many others make the food better.

The last two times I came here with my Mother the food was a total disaster, rice 0 flavor, noodles 0 flavor at all, gave my mother two pieces of shrimp and packed it with vegetables, come on Panda do Better!!

Don't even bother. I've tried coming here twice now and left with no food. Every time I come in here, there no food in the trays, and the workers are just standing around.

I went in for a quick bite, the line was very long, they forgot to put any utensils in my bag. When I went back inside the young lady in the front ignored me. I asked to speak to the manager and a young lady in black came to speak to me. She had a rude tone when I expressed my concerns of her employees.

We came here for the food. It was an ok experience until we sat down. Dirty tables. Rice with no flavor and in my husband's dish there was a sticker on a piece of red bell pepper. Do these people wash the vegetables before preparing the dish? If so why would they not take the stickers off . Not sure if this is the norm for this establishment.
