Sadly, I went through some of the reviews and not a single one had a reply back from a representative of Panera Bread. I NOT YELLING BUT BELOW WAS MY BAD EXPERIENCE. I HOPE IT HELPS OTHERS DECIDE ON A PLACE TO EAT.
After my mom and I came to Rockford Illinois Panera Bread restaurant we were charged two different prices for two cinnamon rolls and they messed up our orders as well. I called corporate office to two them. They were kind enough to give me a $40.00 egift card which covered our cost. Today, December 1, 2025 I came to Rockford to shop so I stopped at Panera to grab some food. I tried locating the egift card searching panera, panera bread, cashstar and nothing came up. Gpt gave me two phone numbers to call but they rang until it hung up on me. Gpt then gave me an email address I composed all the details and sent it. I received it back telling me it didn't go through. Right after I was given the $40.00 egift card I found It. However, can't locate it for my lunch today. Couldn't get through by two different numbers or email. I'm not sure what to think. I guess I'll skip eating and continue my Christmas shopping. NOT YELLING I JUST HOPE THIS HELPS OTHERS.

Overpriced for the quality of food. Service was the worst I've experienced at a Panera. The bakery area was still decent, but again overpriced in general. I will not give them my time or money. I would prefer to give my business to a local restaurant or bakery, especially for the quality.

The service was good, and very friendly. The food was expensive and not very good. 18 dollars for a salad and drink. Does that sound like a fair price?

Around noon, I got the baker's dozen bagels with two cream cheese containers and a sourdough loaf here. Go earlier if you want more bagel varieties. Fresh and a good deal for $27.

Dietary restrictions: Liquid diet, ordered tomato soup for myself and broccoli cheddar soup for a guest. It was perfect.
So i had 2 kids with me and it was my first time coming and didn't have time to look at boards. I told the lady "i would like the soup that's on the pink board" but i couldn't see the name because i was kind of far and i had my kids. And she replied with "well the name is literally on the board".

I ordered a “you pick two” and a cup of the passion papaya green tea to go. They didn’t add the balsamic vinaigrette on my sandwich (which is the best part!), they didn’t include my free ciabatta bread piece, and they didn’t give me a cup for my drink. I love Panera but this experience and this specific location didn’t do it for me :( maybe they were just having an off day, who knows

I like the food most of the time. The salads are not worth the money. Way too expensive for what you get. Don't do mobile order to pick up through the drive through. They are INSANELY slow in the drive through. Won't do sip club anymore bc it's a hassle. I can't go in, pay at the kiosk, get my coffee cup and coffee and go. Takes way too much time

Decent food at exorbitant prices. Building interior looks like it's not been updated since it was built. Bathrooms are disgusting and also are in need of a remodel (it would also be nice if the cleaned them). Overall Panera has lost is pristine reputation.

I ordered half tuna sandwich which was fine but the Greek salad was nothing but a bunch of slightly discolored really hard pieces of the lettuce you know what I mean what a waste of money. Can't believe they charged that it's like half a dinner salad
