Just got delivery and asked for well done pizza and even put it in the comment section - the stuffed crust pizza was not well done at all it’s like it was only cooked for a minute or 2-placed the my order at 10:25 pm and it said it was going to be delivered at 11:03 (mind you i live about 20 minutes away from this location )and we got 2 different boneless wings - they were so dry and seemed like reheated ? I love papa john’s and never ordered from this location but idk what happened here

I asked for NY one topping. Thats thin and crispy and I asked for it to be well done light sauce. I got a sauce fill, flimsy crust pizza. Guess someone dont know how to make a pizza. Waste of money I don't have!

Ordered New York style crust and when I got the pizza it was filled with grease, so much so the middle stuck to the box itself, pulled pieces apart and the dough pulled apart on several slices(undercooked). Not the first time and won’t offer a refund for a location that does it consistently. Won’t be ordering from Papa John’s again.
Edit: I wanted to come back and show this Papa John’s Location how a New York Style should look like(Dominos FTW!), no grease in the middle! Yes I’m petty, this location needs to do better 🤷🏼♂️

Called to place an order for pickup and when picking up the order I was told they didn’t have an order. They charged my card and someone working there took my card info. Don’t order food from papa John’s on S alpine.

they get points for location. and they used to send me coupons but they dont anymore I guess. customer appreciation Tuesdays or whatever anyway, tonight this pizza is just ugly. its like, what is this, little Caesars? Papa J used to have the best pizza.

Im very disappointed in their food quality. I spent over $30 on two pizzas and an order of Cinnabon. My pizza was not cooked it appeared on the top cooked but the dough was still dough consistency on both pizzas it wasnt just a slice it was the entire pizza. I was so upset I should've called but it was late and was tired and didnt have the energy to blow up. A one star is being nice huge let down little Ceasars does a better job.

The pizza is always good, but the employees at this location weren't the friendliest and some looked like they've been wearing the same clothes for about a month. But atleast they're trying to contribute to society instead of out causing issue like someone many other young people.
Excellent pizza, Excellent staff. Placed an online order and accidentally pushed it thru as a cash pay order but didn't mean to. I called immediately when I realized and the person answering the phone processed my card right away. When the notification came thru on my phone for the charge it was different from the total on my app, so I called again. I spoke with the manager and she got it straightened out; On the app I selected the free delivery coupon since my order was eligible for it. She assured me that the delivery fee was removed and I was happy with the interaction. I expect to wait on a Saturday evening so when my doorbell didn't ring by the time the app said my order would arrive, I checked the app to track my order and was redirected to Doordash. Nonetheless, my driver arrived with my food in a pizza bag and it was hot, perfect and delicious! I am very happy with this Papa John's and will gladly order again!

I spoke with the manager today. She fixed everything. She is amazing and I couldn’t be more happier and grateful. She fixed everything. So her not fixing everything else for everyone. I definitely find hard to believe. She is amazing and very very accommodating to issues that happen.
Can’t rate anything for an order I never received, but paid for. Of course no answer when I called. My food was never delivered. SMH
