Paid over $40 including a 15% tip to have my food thrown on the cold sidewalk near my corridor entrance. I asked on instructions online to buzz door, I live on the 3rd floor of a 12 unit apartment building. I went to check the estimated delivery time, and saw it was delivered??? No buzz no call??? I found thrown out there like garbage. Immediately called the manager right away to have this terrible service rectified. Manager was rude, unprofessional, and sarcastic. He said it was the delivery service he uses so it wasn't his fault. No sir, I don't want you to remake more food you'll likely mess with. You should have credited my order back since it went straight into the trash from the sidewalk your hired delivery service left it at. I get being short staffed, I work food service myself, and I have done so all the way through the pandemic. Never, did I ever treat my paying customers how you treated me tonight. You lost our business.

Ordered the garlic pizza with Philly cheesesteak, got the pizza, NO Philly cheesesteak. They said it was DoorDash delivery at fault. DoorDash did NOT make the pizza.Got ripped off and Papa John’s accepts NO responsibility. Won’t order again.

Honestly only came here cause I get off at 11 and it’s the only thing open besides McDonald’s and Taco Bell and I understand people don’t like there job but at least fake in it front of customers I’ve worked in customer service for years but I literally ordered the parmesan bread bites and I asked if I could get extra topping on top and I was told no it might not be a big deal but I feel like it’s rude as hell don’t go here if you don’t have to

Just a little disappointed with this location. Wanted to try the boneless wings, sauce is just drizzled on and the ranches were already open and looked brown. Ordered the L epic stuffed pizza and the banana peppers were just tossed into the middle of the pizza. Just lazy and careless when it takes 5 seconds to do it right. I’ll just drive to N2nd from now on.

On this day, I went to my favorite Papa John's and ordered the new Cool Ranch Philly cheese Papadia...it's a must! Full of comfy flavor baked into their signature crust topped with iconic Cool ranch dorito seasonings. Love it, thank u!

When the food is prepared and made right its great. But sadly ive had more letdowns and dissapointments more than anything the past 10 orders ive made. Either the pizza was overcooked or undercooked tothe wrong toppings being put on when the label says which toppings were requested. Ive even had a couple orders where not all my food was made at pick up. Had to wait for a whole pizza to be prepared...AT PICKUP!
