Horrible experience tonight. Ordered food thru the app. Door dash driver brings food but no soda. When asked, he responds with “sorry not my problem”. So I call the manager and he says “sorry I’ll have it right out to you and I’ll send free garlic knots with it”. At this point i was annoyed but thought it would be ok… 45 minutes later I call back and the manager (a different one) says “I don’t know why he would promise that. We don’t have a driver to send anything. The best I can do is a credit.” I ask for a refund but am told it’s not possible. At this point I am beyond pissed and they just don’t care. I was lied to and disrespected multiple times in one night. I deserve a little common decency and that clearly isn’t an option. Would not recommend this restaurant until they get their stuff together. PS - had MAJOR issues in the past with door dash drivers. My food is consistently wrong, slow, cold, and one time it was dropped on my neighbors door step and left. UPDATE!! Complained about not getting soda and was offered free garlic knots at 8:51. At 10:16 the driver walked up to my door with cold hard garlic knots….. AND NO SODA….. wow…….

I screwed up my online order and driver was already leaving during the snow storm and they said they could fix it for me no problem. great customer service. thank you again for fixing my order.

Peyton is fantastic I see her every Tuesday and Thursday she's always really nice to everyone that stops by.
Really good service. Peyton is the nicest pizza person I know.
Friendly staff (Peyton is the best!), Pizza is always hot and fresh, Many drink options available (I love the cherry pepsi), and the breadsticks are always so good (I miss the garlic parmesan breadsticks)!
