The ambiance is old school wood and low lighting, comfortable seating inside or out, Every course I ate was 5 star, the filet was incredible, even the mashed potatoes are fantastic. “Over the years I’ve done multiple large orders for carry out through the app to bring to work. Every time they are very friendly and do a phenomenal job getting the order ready and packing it up. They package all of the food in a very organized manner to make it possible for me to carry it all in one trip. I’ve never once received a bad attitude for having to make such a large order. I’m from Tennessee and am very familiar with Chick-Fil-A, and this one is the best and friendliest I’ve ever dealt with.“

“My wife & I discovered Jerry's Cafe by accident today as we were traveling on to Madison. We both enjoyed our lunches of a chicken fajitas and Bacon Ranch Quesadilla that were fresh and very tasty in a very good portions. We will definitely stop there again when traveling through.“

I asked if they had any peach drinks (to stay on theme) and he made one up on the spot- it was delicious! He mixed peach Jim Beam, Sprite, and lemonade, garnished with a lime. He asked us what they should call it- the Dottie.The space was clean, drinks were affordable, and I hope to return during the lively hours one night when passing through Rockford again.“

So I went to the 1 on East State next to Wendy's food was superb got served right away and my $40 that I spent there was well worth it Under new management and take all coupons.“
