OKAY SO, tonight we ordered delivery online (which DOES NOT allow you to make multiple payments even if that’s what we did, which we did NOT.) But, if you don’t wanna get robbed and have people who CARE about customer service, don’t order from here. We paid for our order just to be told we still owed 11$ when they got here. We ordered 2 bundles, and redeemed a free pizza. Total: 40.83. Yet instead of fixing THEIR MISTAKE, they decided to have their delivery driver take our food that we paid for back instead. We tipped the delivery driver, and I will be calling corporate in the morning, because this location is NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. Attached is my order. Also I added it up in case Pizza Hut still wants to think we owed money on that. What a joke!!

Ordered my food they said 15 minutes got there Took 9 mins for anyone to even come the d/t window Then took an additional 10 minutes to get my food. This is what I got and I have hot sauce or grease all over my seat now because the box is soaked in it.. first and last time coming to this location

I placed my order for pickup at 5:52pm. I got to the store at 6pm then I paid for my order and the girl told me that my order wasn't ready yet. I drove to the front fo the store and went inside to wait for my food. 50 minutes later I asked what was taking so long for my food and thats when I found out the only one person working in the back messed up one of my pizzas and didn't bother to tell me about it. All they did was offer a 2 liter soda and an empty apology. What I joke of store. Not buying there anymore for sure.

My husband had to wait just under an hour when the website it would take 15 minutes. No one told him what was happening until he asked after waiting over 45 minutes, and they said they had to remake one pizza. The other pizza was left to sit while another was made. I tasted like leftovers. He was offered a free pop and an apology. Will not be returning.

Ordered an hour ahead and order still wasn't ready. Told to come back in 30 mins. Came back in 30 mins and was told there was still 10 orders ahead of mine
Made an order last week for delivery. Supposed to be here by 9 and it never even came! Took my money and then give me the run around automated style! You guys need to be sued! I'm definitely contacting someone about the fraud going on at this store Update: called and was told they were too busy that day! Too busy to do your job and deliver my family's food??? But isn't that your job when an order is placed? These people are flat out wrong and disrespectful

I went in yesterday and waited at the counter for awhile no one bothered to come up and see was i picking up or placing a order. A lady in the back said she would be right with me, but never came up.. so other waiting customers said to me they think the lady was the only worker. I called my order in, so all I needed was to be rung out, I had to leave my order because I had a appointment to be at. This location needs help and to hire more staff!
