I guess I shouldn't have been disappointed, since it's chain pizza, but I was. We were. I had one piece and it was so damn greasy (there was a puddle after paper towel dabbing) I barfed it up pretty quickly. Turned me off from Pizza Hut.

Ordered online with tracker. From time order left store to my location about 25 minutes. Pizza, wings and cheese sticks tasty but barely warm. I live 3 minutes from store. Can deal with luke warm pizza and wings but cheese sticks are yucky. Where did the driver go???? Oh, personal pan pizza flattened cause it and container of wings were smashed together in a plastic bag.

Long day of work? Want food delivered vs going out and grabbing something?Just go out and grab something, not reliable, waited an hour for our food, then they tell us our food was given to someone else, then asked if we wanted to wait 45 minutes. Should’ve went to Culver’s sooner.

order a pizza for delivery, scheduled to arrive at 8:55pm. 9:30 and no pizza. Called and got hung up on… called again they said that they delivered it to an apartment. I don’t live in an apartment nor did I say I did when I ordered online. Girl on the phone offered to remake it but it would take 45 mins?!?! No thanks, I’ll take my business else where from now on.

Their taco pizzas are the best in Rockford. Yes, the price has gone up on these. When Doritos runs $6 a bag, and these pizzas are loaded with ingredients, including crushed Doritos on top, prices will rise. Nonetheless, for the quality and amount of toppings, these guys come through. It's a further drive for us, but worth the extra effort to pick up.
