Out of town staying at Holiday Inn and ordered delivery. I put the room number in the driver instructions and in the apartment/suite section for the address. The driver left it at the lobby just left. Didn't let the hotel staff know who it was for or ask to call my room or call my cell phone number. Luckily the staff saw the name on the ticket and looked up my room and let me know the driver left it setting on the desk 15 minutes ago. Called the store and the driver is the person who answered and said there wasn't a room number on the ticket. I asked to have my money back due to not wanting to eat cold food and was hung up on. Called back and asked to speak to the manager and was told by the driver that I would be placed on hold and if the manager had time she would take the call. Horrible customer service! Save your time and money and order delivery from somewhere else. I even added a tip before getting my food.

Associate picked up the call, did not make me repeat my order, and the call was done in seconds. Went through drive-thru to pick up pizza and it was ready. Thank you, David, for your exceptional upbeat customer service. I will be coming to this Pizza Hut location from now on, as I only shop where great attitudes are part of the product. ☺️

The pizza was awesome! Will definitely be going there more often as long as they carry the Tavern Style Pizzas 😋

On my 21 first birthday i asked for a just a mushroom pan pizza THAT IS one single item and you guys gave me a PEPPERONI not only did it genuinely ruin my day because that was I looking forward too it ,it wasn’t even sliced all the way and pretty greasy :( not cool man not cool
the pizza is da bomb and leigha is amazing. give her a raise
Vegetarian options: plenty of vegetarian options from tomato pizza to mushrooms or pineapple options to make your day better. not sure they have good choice for vegan or gluten free
